Mediocre and bare bones: 1 washcloth for 5 ppl, 1 hand towel for 2 ba, no hand soap, 1 conditioner for 2 showers, Keurig machine w/ no pods, no Kleenex anywhere. 1/2 broken swing outside, sheets like sandpaper! (pilled), ants when we arrived on kitchen counter and baits throughout the house, splatter/drip stains on the walls (DR ba). Michael gave 2 door codes, both wrong. The twin bed was very uncomfortable (even for a kid), it's on a very noisy main 4 lane road and the renters above were loud (leaving dog poo outside our back door). It's an old house cheaply remodeled, but the uneven floors were exciting for the kids sliding in their socks, so there's that. On leaving, I was sent a generic script where the name of the property/company wasn't even filled out, just a bunch of dashes. Basically, we're left with a feeling that the owner just wants to cut corners and make .The positive: AC worked great, and it was really nice to have one for each room (controlled by a remote). Also it's a good location (except for the street noise).Overall, this property serves in a pinch if you don't need the dual bed BR (with the uncomfortable twin bed and street sounds), but better options exist!
