There's a continental breakfast, but limited seating and you cannot take it back to your room. Checking in and out was fast and easy. Room was okay, but bathroom was dirty. There was still hair everywhere in there, tub was stained, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Iron also not working.

I overslept and didn’t get any breakfast! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Very warm atmosphere and the rooms were so comfortable and spacious! My man def enjoyed his birthday weekend here.

My experience was okay at this motel but it turned bad towards the end of the stay. The night before checking out we found two roaches and my bf killed one. Then the next morning when checking out, I let the morning concierge woman know about the plumbing issues and the roaches and her response was “ Are you sure you didn’t bring them with you?” Which I calmly responded with “ Yes I am sure. For the low $100? Great!

Near Flawless, The room was nice, had grab bars around the tub, hair dryer, loveseat, a nice with the brief exception of ant season, which only intruded into my room only once (and I was warned that it is ant season, so….). Place was clean, staff was attentive, breakfast was adequate. Lots of food and 7Eleven around. Most importantly? Neighborhood felt safe. Down sides? 1) Minor slep to the beach. 2) Major slep to tourist spots (Long Beach is not too bad) Bottom line? Great dollar value!
