This is a fun vibrant spot close to everything we need when visiting. Although we aren't in town to visit Universal, the trolley looks like a cute convenient option. Loved the movie nights at the pool and live music. What a fun Friday night. Two suggestions- I wanted to order a fun dessert for my daughter from the Front Yard but the man on the phone said "there were too many options to list" and pointed me to the online menu which only has cookies and ice cream. We were in our bathing suits and it didn't seem appropriate to walk over to ask for a menu. The front desk didn't have a menu or know either. Also, a note for anyone booking for the Peloton- it is no longer there although it's listed on the Peloton hotel finder. Everything else was lovely and the room was perfect.

Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality set the tone for a delightful stay every time. We absolutely love the vibe of this hotel! The charming décor, cozy outdoor spaces, and inviting atmosphere create a relaxing oasis in the heart of the city. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the beautifully landscaped grounds, it’s impossible not to feel at ease here. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. We appreciate the attention to detail, and the cleanliness is always top-notch. Great stay, family friendly. The shuttle is really helpful. Service is great, just ask and they will provide. Microwave in the room is available upon request, $10 each night. Pool is nice with movie in the evening. Street food cart every evening, corn on the cob is my favorite. Restaurant is also nice, buffet is availabe with fee but ala carte is also an option. I had early check in and they were able to provide me room, they also gave me 1hour complimentary extension to check out to give time to pack. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

We loved this stay. Convenient to all attractions and Burbank airport. Only con to this property was the pool size, there was very little supervision at the pool area (on the parents there and the staff) the pool was often over crowded and not suitable for smaller children due to all the rough housing and kids jumping in.

Nice rooms, although the bathroom mirror in Room 219 should be updated. It looks old around the edges and on the corners. Great location for our needs. Comfortable beds. Strange noises like a shoe in a dryer. Between 2:50 and 3:30am Thursday and Friday night. It woke me up both nights.
