They do not clean out their beds are inside their showers. We have to sanitize and disinfect everything for ourselves. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for the people in the front to come and check us out and valet parking is too expensive for the limited space that they have provided. They have thin walls and their king size rooms are not actually king size and they are double rooms with a door to keep us from going from the other person‘s room. I will not recommend this place or come back.

Beautiful hotel and location but vallet only for $55 and tax. At check in and check out I was barely aknowledged and no smile. My bed in the room looked like it was done and someone came after and slept on top, the toilet was dirty had to flush I dont know what and the room next door someone kept banging at their door couple of time at night and in the morning.

very easy access to Sofi. but they did not allow us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was very inconvenient. Also, at the check-in time, many guests arrived at once and the process was extremely slow — we had to wait in line for almost an hour just to check in.

Location is fantastic if you are going to Sofi Stadium or the Intuit Dome, it was an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel to Sofi Stadium. That's honestly the best thing I can say about the Lum though, don't get me wrong, It's a nice hotel but you are definitely paying for the location and they seem to know that since they really don't try to make much of an effort. The check-in process was incredibly slow taking two hours to get checked into our room which after reading numerous other reviews over several sites, this is a common, persistant issue the hotel has not figured out or doesn't care to address. Would only recommend if proximity to Sofi or Intuit is highest on your priority list.
