Love the history of the ship and how the keep it in historical condition. Love the new speakeasy wish it was open more nights. This years Dark Harbor was my favorite and I've gone every year since they started. The opening show was awesome, characters were great.

We had a wonderful time at The Queen Mary! Room was quaint and very cool! Loved the food at Cafe Prominade(shout out to waitresses Alicia & Savannah)! I would suggest maybe having one of your exit gates keep its bar down so we know to scan barcode. If all are up & people leaving adjacent cruise ship, traffic is moving quite quickly & I was fearful to stop so I wouldn’t get rear ended!

To say this was my favorite stay at The Queen Mary, this past weekend was my best ever hotel stay would be nothing short of the entire weekend wrapped up in a few words. The staff running this ship make it the truly most beautiful stay on an already landmark of Art Deco Decadence

I would probably have a lot of good things to say about my stay but I didn't get to make it and still paid 247.00 for my room ..but that's what I get for not buying the right insurance...I was refunded like 23$ out of the 247 so I got something back. I didnt get to stay because my jeep broke its inner tie rod then broke my front cv axle glad it happened in a parking lot and not the freeway. Hope to stay at the Queen Mary one day with my daughters...what was supposed to be something special turned to a mess really quickly. But next time I might not be able to afford the nice room.

They were hosting a party two nights till 1am that caused noise. No notification this was going on when I booked the rooms. And the bathrooms are extremely outdated. Room is about what you’d expect from a 100 year old ship. But they could have at least updated the shower head and toilets in the bathroom. Would not recommend.
