Note: House has about 35 steps to the front entrance of the house, which leads directly into the front deck, as well

The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.

For security and to prevent unauthorized parties, please be aware there is one camera on the property facing the entryway.

House Rules:
1. Strictly no smoking in the home.
2. No loud parties or gatherings allowed in the home, there are great neighbors who've been here for years, so respect for them is always appreciated.
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. Maximum Occupancy - The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons.
5. No Daily Maid service - While linens and bath towels are included with the property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Weekly maid service is available for an additional charge. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken off the property.
6. Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
