The suite we had was freshly decorated and furnished with good quality items. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the facility is obvious as soon as you enter the place. It’s not a normal hotel, more apartment suite complex — and so there are no on site amenities. We only encountered one member of staff at check-in, who was friendly, and apart from that we didn’t see any other staff. Upon check out there was nobody at the manager’s office or to answer the phone; not a problem as we’d prepaid — so we just posted the key back through the office door. I would definitely stay here again in Santa Monica as it’s one block back from Ocean in a very quiet area.
