Location of property was great. Loved the room and bed! However, my room wasn't ready until after normal check in time of 4:00 p.m. Staff did upgrade me as result of delay. And pool was closed - bummer.

Not as the pictures or reviews described. At check-in they let us know the pool is closed for maintenance. When raising concerns with the front desk there was zero effort or concern for finding a sister hotel with a pool as we were on a family vacation. Room was run down and dated. Valet staff was extremely kind and courteous.

Some cleanliness issues like stains on bedsheets, dust and dirty vents and surfaces, as well as bit outdated furniture with some normal wear and tear. Other than that, all employees were very friendly and enjoyable to engage with. Large space with lots of quiet areas to roam and hang out inside hotel, as well as outside patio areas.

The restaurant crew were not attentive, the morning Starbucks barista had a terrible attitude. The room smelled old the carpet needs to be replaced. The good of my stay: bed was very comfortable, valet service was excellent.

dissapointed the room was not ready during check in time at 3pm.. ask for disposable slippers theres nothing provided. ask about vending machine or bottled water for purchase there was none available. find out by myself that theres water dispenser by the ice machine. the concierge staff never mentioned anything about it or whatever hotel provides. although the stay was confortable the staff could have provided some information about basic necessities would had the experience more enjoyable.
