Inside, the architecturally designed tiny home combines natural materials with modern comfort. The space features a fully equipped kitchen, sleek bathroom, lofted queen bed, dedicated workspace, and high ceilings with large windows that fill the home with natural light. Premium linens, central AC and heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable and connected stay.



Ideal for romantic getaways, creative escapes, or intimate group stays, the property also offers optional on-site wellness experiences such as Reiki, sound healing, forest bathing, and massage upon request.

On-premise parking provided for 1-2 cars in the driveway.



Note: Street parking is limited in Fernwood as roads are narrow. Please ask if you anticipate the need to park more than the allotted 2 cars.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the sought-after Fernwood area of Topanga Canyon, Los Angeles, Montau Drive is known for its lush oak canopy, cooler ocean-influenced temperatures, and sweeping canyon views. The neighborhood feels peaceful and grounded while remaining conveniently close to both the coast and Topanga Village.



The property offers direct access to a small trail leading into Topanga State Park. Additional nearby hiking favorites include Tuna Canyon Park, Red Rock Canyon, and Trippet Ranch, all just a short drive away.



Just four minutes down the road is the beloved Mimosa Café. A few minutes farther is Pine Tree Circle—often considered “downtown” Topanga—featuring local shops, cafés, and dining. Popular spots include Waterlily Café, Endless Color (pizza), Canyon Bistro (burgers), and the Inn of the Seventh Ray for romantic canyon dining. You’ll also find Hidden Treasures, one of LA’s best vintage thrift shops, along with seasonal events and community gatherings.



Farther north on Topanga Canyon Boulevard are Topanga Living Café and Café 27. Down along the Pacific Coast Highway, enjoy Cholada Thai, Reel Inn seafood, Nobu Malibu, and wine tasting at Rosenthal Winery—all within approximately 10 minutes.



For groceries, the Topanga Canyon General Store and Canyon Gourmet are just five minutes away. Larger markets including Whole Foods, Gelson’s, Erewhon, Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, and Costco are about 15–20 minutes by car.

Getting Around:

Enjoy the winding scenic drive up the canyon and through the small one lane streets of our neighborhood.



You can explore the neighborhood by foot to walk the loop (Observation to Grand View to Sischo and back down Observation) or the trail that takes you from the property around the neighborhood through the State Park to Kerry Lane with nice panoramic canyon views.



However, you will want a car or at least a bike to get around Topanga. Welcome to Canyon Life!
