• No unregistered guests — only guests on the reservation may enter.
• No loud music at any time.
• No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside the unit or on the balcony.
• No pets unless approved in advance.
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Checkout: By 11:00 AM
• Late check-in or late checkout is available by request and approval only:
• Late check-in after 10:00 PM: $50 fee
• Late check-in after midnight: $100 fee
• Late checkout: $50 per hour (housekeeping is pre-arranged, and these fees go directly to the cleaning staff)
• Lost key or garage opener device: $300 replacement fee
• Any violation of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine and may lead to cancellation of your reservation without refund.
