Not up to par

If you stay at this property and have no context for upscale living standards, it is probably fine . But if you have any experience with upscale living , this property is not up to par . No master bedroom closet to speak of , no ice maker of any kind , terrible soaps / shampoos , elevator only went to 3rd floor , and then last but not at all least , there were cigarette butts all over the place in outdoor ashtrays when we arrived at property. Property mgt was responsive but when you are responding to so many service issues ….
