Great value. Pictures are accurate; while the older fixtures and decor are not âon trendâ they are functional and clean and at this price, who cares. AC in both living room and bedroom worked very well, and shower had strong water pressure and range of temps. Good supply of linens (including beach towels), and portable beach chairs and umbrella if you want to drive elsewhere. Washer-dryer was convenient to pack light. Thick walls meant minimal noise from neighbors.Patio is a stunner - both for sunrise (all too easy to experience for these east coastersâŠ) and sunset, and watching all the different avian / reptilian / bovine visitors. Pool was well maintained and comfortable temp for floating during our July stay (not sure if itâs heated or not, but unnecessary in summer). Snorkeling right in front of the property is a treat, and a few minutesâ walk either direction gets you to water thatâs clear from the rocks.Only note of caution was that the propertyâs WiFi barely reached indoors (1 bar comes and goes if youâre on the couch, doesnât reach kitchen table or bedroom at all), though great at the front of the deck, due to the placement of the router at the corner of the patio. Cell service was also a bit limited the further inside you went. No problem for a short vacation, but if youâre planning on being on the laptop inside at all, you might be frustrated.Great communication with Erika throughout. Overall, very satisfied with our stay!
