The staff at the property was so kind and helpful. The pool area and rooms are absolutely amazing. I hate to leave a good review and get the word out, but this place was really nice.

DO NOT STAY !! Read through the entire review its worth it!!! Extremely Disappointing Stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos – Not Worthy of the Hyatt Name Let me begin by clarifying that Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is not located in Cabo San Lucas—it is in San José del Cabo. So if you’re expecting the lively, vibrant experience of Cabo San Lucas, this resort is not for you. We are loyal Hyatt clients who have stayed at many Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara properties across the globe. Sadly, this property does not live up to the Hyatt standard in any way. Despite booking a Premium Oceanfront Suite and paying extra for upgraded service, the experience was a complete letdown. We were assigned a personal concierge, who was meant to take care of all our needs—but he was useless. I’ll refer to him as Mr. No, because every request was met with a refusal. Whether it was restaurant reservations or assistance with anything on the property, the answer was always “no” or “try walking in at 6 PM and see.” Zero effort or hospitality. The room had a nice view, but that’s about it. The decor is outdated, the bedding feels cheap, and the bathroom had visible mold in the shower corners. The floors were worn and clearly not well maintained. The entertainment was just as disappointing. The evening shows were poorly executed, with outdated costumes and weak performances that felt more like a high school talent show than a resort production. The theater itself is uncomfortable, with old, worn-out chairs.

Seems like a great spot for big family gatherings with teenagers ! Focus on most adults being there for the inclusive booze is felt. Really easy to get to and from the airport and rooms have great views! Slamming room doors make sleep hard. Food is great for those without food restrictions. Vegans should avoid. Restaurants decor is stunning, especially the Indian spot. Probably wouldn’t come back as I’m not a big drinker and have a 10 year old

Overall the stay was excellent. The resort was clean and the people were very respectful and provided five star service. The dining experience was next level. The resort has organized different activities every day which keeps people excited. Also they organize games in the pool to engage people and to keep pool lively. The kids pool was fun but there were less activities for kids less than 5 year old. Dining experiences was very good especially the Japanese restaurant. On the flip side, the check-in took too long and it got difficult to wait in the lobby especially after long flight travel with kids. some of the elevators were not functional which caused people lot of time of wait. Also the pool bar the most busy place and often times people have to wait for 10 mins to get a drink. The non-reservable restaurants had a very long wait time ~1 hour and it gets difficult to wait with the kids with that long time. The waiters in the restaurants were very busy and it was difficult to get hold of them.

The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The facility was clean. There were staff at your service at any given moment. Although it was kids friendly, it still was a nice resort to visit even if you were there with just adults. The food was so good and they had several restaurants to choose from to gice you diversity.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so so friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and the mini frig was also refreshed! Great shout out to Ramon in the swim up bar, Norma Norma Norma the activities queen, Abad delivering drinks throughout the whole day always tending to your needs, Alexa in the Mexican Restaurant always greeting you with a smile and Lucerno in the Beach side Cafe! We always felt welcome wherever we went. Food was fantastic, all needs were met above and beyond. We WILL be back! Thanks for the memories!!
