Well....Cabo is always fun so I'll start with that. However PB is an old resort that needs updating although it was very clean. The staff was...there. Rude? No. Friendly? No again. Food is probably the worst thing about this place. We ate at the main restaurant (Paloma?)...I had tacos and wifey had the special. Food arrived 35 minutes after we ordered and was cold. The crappy part was when we went to check out the waiter THEN told us the special was $24. So much for all inclusive. The saving grace is that you can eat next door at the sister resort (Rose) where the staff WAS friendly and the food was pretty good. Really, the only thing good about this place is the price

Alfredo was the best! He really understands giving a great customer experience. And he was wonderful to the 4 kids we had with us as well! Everyone that worked there seemed happy to be there and their high level service showed! It was a nearly perfect first family trip to Cabo and we will be back to stay at Pueblo Bonito absolutely!!!

Loved the drinks. Pools were great, we have 3 kids including a toddler so was great to have variety for them. The food at the Rose pool bar was soooo good. Staff were so friendly. Always seemed to be staff cleaning and the properties being maintained which was great to see. We had a really great time.

The service was excellent. Most staff were friendly and helpful. We liked how close the property was to the marina and felt safe walking everywhere. The bed was a little hard for my liking. The food was hit or miss. Loved Fellinis for pasta and the poolside food was the absolute best!

We come back to his resort every time we visit Cabo for its location and room size! The resort isn't very new but it still looks and feel really nice. The only thing I wish they had was a hot tub in the winter time, but the pool isn't too cold when it's warm out and I love that there's a free shuttle to their sister hotel that has a warmer pool for our little one!

Stayed here with my family of 6 last November. The staff was amazing and could speak English very well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the food options here and next door at the Rose. We also took their shuttle to the Sunset and loved that place even more. Maybe next time we'll try it out but the PB Blanco was wonderful and I see why so many people love this place.

This resort has a great location. Wonderful room ocean views. Staff was excellent, food was good. Lots of things to do, shuttle service available. I would highly recommend this resort. Stayed 5 nights of a family of 4. Never bored. Had a great time!!

The property was excellent. Everything was well maintained other than I would say the bathroom in the hotel apartment rental showers not so great other than that everything was OK. Unfortunately the only floor I would say at this resort is the dining options. I traveled with my wife and four children ages 6 to 14 and the dinner options weren’t great.

property was clean-service great- The one item that many guests disliked in a major way - was the unorthodox way that guests had to get up at 6 am to reserve a seating on the beach or at the pool with a towel and not to have enough seating at either place!!!! Staff did NOT do anything to help in this matter! If we were owners there- it would not stand!!! Needs knowing because not a good thing every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed Pueblo Bonito Blanco for it’s offerings the restaurants, the location of the property next to the beach, which was swimmable the access to its sister properties for more offerings on restaurants and entertainment

I did not stay at this resort. The booking was made in error and the resort / ORBITZ refused to issue a refund. ORBITZ and this resort get two thumbs down!👎👎 Do not recommend either.
