The hotel did a good and honest job for keeping up the place, quality of food and events. We find food choices that we are comfortable with, not necessarily thrilled. The pool is small but we always find a place and the kids can play. All in all it’s a relaxing place, all is taken care of reasonably.

Why would they put someone in a room with a bedroom right next door to where they were having a very large, late and noisy wedding? And why would they not advise the guest of this when they arrived? In addition to that, due to the wedding there were no pool chairs, no where to eat unless you left the property. This is not ok. I should have been made aware of this and had the option to move rooms or even properties. Thanks for the lack of sleep Pueblo Bonito.

Overall our family liked the facility because it had everything we needed. Close to town and easy to explore outside of the hotel. All staff was great except one day the service at the pool was slow.

This resort is amazing. Its right by the beach, the pool is fantastic, the food options are first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. A special shout out to Leonardo, our server at breakfast, and Ivan who server food and drinks by the pool - both went above and beyond. Strongly recommend you stay here.

We've been going to Pueblo Bonito Blanco now for over 10 years, once or twice a year. Always a pleasure. Every room has a great ocean view. Excellent food options (including dining at the sister resort, Sunset, on the Pacific side). The staff are all unfailingly friendly and helpful. Nice beach and pools. The place has some classic charm that a lot of the newer resorts don't have. A bit of advice: If at all possible, avoid ANY beach resort like this during college breaks. The college crowd are drunk and crude and tend to spoil vacations for people who want a pleasant experience.

WARNING: A Heads-Up for Future Guests For the first two nights, a big group of young folks made so much noise day and night that it was impossible to get any sleep. I even called reception at around 3:00 AM, but nobody answered, and the shouting and banging went on until about 5:00 AM. Things got even worse at the pool. I saw three local women try to snatch a drink from an American guest. When she said no, they tried to attack her, hit her, and used some really nasty, racist language. Several workers stepped in, and the situation only calmed down thanks to her husband, who pushed them away from his wife. It was a scary scene, especially for the kids and teens in our group. On top of that, when my son got sick and vomited on the bed, I removed the sheet myself. Later, I was stunned to be hit with a $300 charge, supposedly to replace the whole bed—even though only the sheet was affected and the mattress was totally fine. I found that fee totally unfair and upsetting. Overall, this trip was nothing like the relaxing, safe experience I expected. I’m sharing this to warn others about the serious issues and safety concerns at this hotel. Be aware and choose wisely.

Checking in was not a smooth process - waited two hours for them to fix their mistake on their system to be able to get into our rooms. First night they asked for tip and didn’t make it optional but required me to place a percent not knowing how much it was USD. Food service workers in the morning ignore people and say no when we ask for refreshments. Otherwise the evening staff is more helpful. Beautiful place and location otherwise.
