The food was amazing , lots of selection beautiful presentation of good foods , servers were accommodating and always smiling and ready to help. Non stop eating , wow the fridge was full of drinks , anything you want , any drink , you can have it for free . Really nice get away place . Lots of activities . It's like a cruise without the building being submerged on water . The only suggestions we have are: 1. Reception should have information about first aid medicine and availability. First aid needs to be available at all times. Nurse on call . 2. We experienced few bug bites from bed . I have pictures when he woke up with date and time . 3. For a 5 star hotel , no bedroom slippers, or a plastic laundry bag that has there name and logo on it , it's a nice advertisement and toiletries. But our overall experience was excellent. Would like to commend Araceli Navarete ( food / restaurant overall supervisor and her team , namely Julia , Carla , Maricela, and many more . They were awesome . Thank you kindly .

We had a great experience but the alcohol / drink options need to be improved. The swim up pools at the Riu Santa Fe next door were much more enjoyable and warmer. The buffet was consistent and good - the steak house wasn’t great. The coffee bar was fantastic and had the best view of the resort. Property was very safe!

The rooms were nice, and the staff was friendly. While the food at the sit-down restaurants was a bit underwhelming, breakfast was good. There were plenty of activities at the resort, and the beach access was excellent.

Hands down the best experience! Especially for a quick getaway. Staff was the sweetest and very on top of things! Even to the point they set up a little cake in the room for my partner since we went there for their birthday. Beyond thoughtful, everything was super clean and exceeded our expectations. Most definitely will be booking again that’s for sure

Overall, this was a nice, all-inclusive resort, with excellent staff, a high level of cleanliness, and around the clock access to food and drinks at one of 9 restaurants or snack bars and many bars. The pools were lovely, and the direct access to the beach was fantastic. Two major downsides were the bed situation - our room was listed as having 2 double beds, but they were pushed together to form one large bed with break down the middle, which our family of 4 needed to cram together to sleep on. Not really conducive to getting a good night's sleep or being comfortable! There was a small sofa in the room (which was not a pull-out), and luckily our 10 year old fit on it, so that eased the crunch for sleeping a bit. But it was not an ideal situation for getting good rest and space to breathe. The other major downside was the noise level. Our room was directly above the entertainment area, and so every night for hours we had loud noise - of voices on microphones, music blaring, guests cheering or singing - going on right beneath us. Even with our balcony doors shut and the curtains closed it was so loud that we had to sleep with ear plugs in many nights. If we wanted to have a conversation or play a game in our room we had to retreat to the lobby or find other spaces to be. One night our 13 year old son had a migraine, and so trying to deal with that while there was loud music pounding below us was just awful. If you go, make a request to be away from the entertainment area.
