a good hotel for a cheap getaway resort could have been cleaner there was a weird smell in the bathroom from the shower also if you are looking to relax maybe dont come to this resort people were partying until 3 am food was mid to good depending on where you ate

Had a very good week with family and friends. The food plentiful and good quality, no complaints and our group of 15 were always able to have something they liked. Only downside was no swimming at the beach, large surf and undertow.

Great property. Staff is amazing. They are constantly cleaning and keeping up the grounds. We loved our stay. Would definitely go back.

Really enjoyed my stay 10/10 however I would say if you are person like myself who enjoy well seasoned food some of the food doesn’t come seasoned. Had a garden view room and it was beautiful. This resort looks better in person.

For the price it is a good resort and provides good value. I would go back. Wide range of food offering (ie. Buffet) you are likely to find something that you like. It's not 5star food quality but I definitely did not go hungry. Property is big so depending on where you are and where you need to go may be quite a trek. Wide range of ages at this resort. Having said that, there are many areas and pools that are 18+ or adults tend to drift towards so there is never the feeling that there are too many kids. There are areas that cater towards kids (waterslides, etc) or families Adult pool areas are nice and busy. Riu parties are very lively and loud. If you are a lights sleeper don't get a room that faces the Riu party area. If that's not your thing, there are other activities that are more laid back and calmer. There is no premium alcohol options but that's was fine as cocktails were prepared well...I just ordered mine as doubles or triples. Room was well kept and clean. All staff interactions were professional and pleasant, with no complaints.

We stayed here for 5 days with our kids (11&12yo) for the first time and it was such a great experience. Super friendly staff, clean room and resort. They offer entertainment for adults and kids without ever leaving the resort. Great variety on food options, buffets style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall super pleased and will return again.
