Very unique property. Loved the design. Staff fantastic. Food excellent. We spent well over $1,000 per night and room was not soundproof to adjacent room. Could hear them talking, phone ringing, coughing and even passing gas. I would not stay there again for this reason.

Free valet parking, they got us in the room early and very attentive service. The beach beds were awesome. The sushi restaurant was great! Try the watermelon margarita. Get the all inclusive deal it's a bargain. The spa and massage was expensive but worth it. we had a partial ocean view suite and it was magical.

Hotel not honoring booked rates

Unique property, modern well appointed property. Beautiful pools, gym and spa. Food was very good as well. Customer service not so much. Upon checking in, the concierge would honor our hotels.com reservation and demanded more money for our stay. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. We had a ‘reservation’. Upon negotiating the hotel honored our reservation. Because of this unpleasant and humiliating experience, we will not be returning to the property.

What a spectacular resort! It's so incredibly beautiful and we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness of all of the staff. Honestly, it was the warm welcoming and care by the staff that really up-leveled the experience for us. Every meal we ate was amazing. We can't wait to come back!

Too much noise

We upgraded upon arrival only to learn we were almost directly above the restaurant with music going until 10:00 p.m. We moved to another location which was fine except for the guests above us who had the jacuzzi going for several hours each day- morning and afternoon. We were not happy about the constant noise levels and we while it was our 4th visit here , we won't be returning
