The main bungalow with cca. 120 sqm, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms, terrace with outdoor kitchen can accommodate max. 4 people. The side bungalow with cca. 60 mq, kitchen with living room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom, laundry room is for max. 3 people for extra reservation. You can reach all the places and beaches in a few minutes by car. In just a few minutes away on foot bus stop, grocery store, bank, pharmacy and gas station.

Beautiful garden with fabulous views

We stayed for a week in this lovely rental. It is probably the most relaxing holiday-let that I have ever stayed in. All of us were happy just to spend time in the garden, with so many areas to find our own favourite space. The garden is full of wildlife - birds, reptiles and bats The colonial style house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Best pillows ever! The owners were very quick to respond to all of our queries. We all loved staying there.

Sitting in the sun by the pool looking back at the house, you have mature palm trees standing in a beautifully maintained garden and a backdrop of cloud topped mountains; it really has the look of one of those hillside LA mansions. This was a really great place to stay, well equipped and plenty of space for a large family to stay and not feel like your all on top of each other. We had a bit of trouble finding the place on arrival but other than that and a couple of light bulbs that needed changing there's nothing negative to say. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous holliday in this beautiful house!

Dear Marya, We really enjoyed our holiday last 14-21 October 2017. The wetter was very good and the wonderful house even better. Very nice, clean and complete house. We were very warm and friendly welcomed by Calolina, who showed us the beautiful house and exotic garden. Al the declicious tropical fruits that grow in the garden were really an extra surprise. Our kids loved the house cat Linda, who is very sweet. We loved La Palma as well, with a lot of nice little villages to visit and a lot of hiking trails. We definitely are going to come back. Die Finca hat viel Charme, besonders der Außenbereich (Terrasse, Garten, Pool) hat uns sehr gefallen.Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Alles was man/frau benötigt ist vorhanden. Uns hat zusätzlich der tägliche Katzenbesuch erfreut.

Objekt Finca, beide Häuser sauber bei Anreise. Ein Kühlschrank im Nebenhaus defekt. Outdoorküche (kein GRILL vorhanden) Eisfach total vereißt und altes offenes Katzenfutter (offen) drin. Außenterasse gut, Ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Stühle Tische alles okay. Der Garten ist sehr schön, abends ca.19.00 Uhr geht die Bewässerungsanlage an, ist man noch am Pool und möchte ins Haus wird man nass ob man will oder nicht. Angegebener Parkplatz auf Gründstück nicht nutzbar, war ein PKW geparkt. Aber vor der Finca ist Platz für zwei Autos. Der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen, keine Innenbeleuchtung,außes 2x Leuchten gehen um 0.00 Uhr aus. Der Innenrand des Pools sieht unappetitlich aus (Ablagerungen) Poolleiter ist locker, für schwere Personen nicht geeignet. Einmal Stromausfall aber Ansprechpartner ereichbar haben selber die Sicherung bedient.Klima-Anlagen okay .Insgesammt eine akzeptable Finca für 6 Erwachsene und ein Kind ist genügend Platz.Die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Einkausmöglichkeiten sowie Strände sind ca.10 bis 30 min entfernt, die Straßen sind machmal steil aber gut befahrbar.

Small paradise

Eine ruhige Oase an einem verkehrsmässig sehr günstigen Ort der Insel. Der Garten ist traumhaft und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Haus bekamen wir mit der Zeit immer besser in den Griff (Gas, Fotovoltaik waren für uns ungewohnt). In der sehr gut eingerichteten Küche und der Aussenküche macht es Spass zu kochen. Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren im August mit unseren drei Kindern auf La Palma in diesem wunderschönen und sehr großzügigen Haus. Wir haben dabei sowohl das Haupt- als auch das Nebenhaus bewohnt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse mit der tollen Außenküche. Absolutes Highlight ist aber der riesige, fast parkähnliche Garten mit Palmen, Früchten und einem sehr großen Pool. Nachts lässt sich der Garten mit einem Flutlicht beleuchten. Schön ist auch, dass die Tischtennisplatte genutzt und eine Hängematte zwischen zwei Palmen aufgehängt werden kann. Auch uns haben die Katzen Linda sowie ihre Freundin „Maggy“ mit ihren zwei kleinen Kindern viel Spaß bereitet. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und liegt nur wenige Autominuten von den Stränden in Puerto Tazacorte und Puerto Naos entfernt. Zum Einkaufen sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zu einem modernen Spar-Markt in La Laguna, Los Llanos de Aridane ist für einen Stadtbummel ebenso schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Betreuerin vor Ort war vorbildlich. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wundervolles, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit ganz toll angelegtem, großem Garten. Die Vermieter sind stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich, ebenso die Betreuer vor Ort. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Pool ist schön groß (durch die Tiefe nur bedingt für kleine Nichtschwimmer geeignet). Erfreut hat uns stets Katze Linda und ihr liebenswerter Freund "Rüdiger". Auch haben wir das tägliche Tischtennisspiel sehr genossen. Wir haben La Palma und dieses wunderbare Fleckchen Erde sehr in unser Herz geschlossen und können es gar nicht erwarten wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Muy contentos

Una experiencia muy positiva. Fuimos 5 adultos y un niño de 2 años. Todos disfrutamos mucho. Las instalaciones están muy bien: dos viviendas separadas, una piscina de buen tamaño y profunda (yo tocaba el fondo, mínimamente de puntillas). El espacio nos resultó muy cómodo para estar con el niño, por los exteriores podía corretear sin problema. Amplia zona de césped, hamaca, exteriores cubiertos cómodos para estar en las horas de más sol. Muy buen clima (fuimos en agosto). La piscina tiene sol prácticamente todo el día. El interior de la vivienda principal es muy amplio y acogedor. La otra es más sencilla, pero también es agradable. Disponen de lavaplatos, varias lavadoras, tendedero,... Los propietarios muy amables, nos dieron muchas facilidades e incluso nos trajeron mangos de su huerto que está al lado. La localización es muy buena: hay muchos restaurantes cerca donde se puede pedir comida para llevar. Está a 5 minutos en coche de Los Llanos de Aridane y a unos 15 minutos (también en coche) de la playa más cercana. Totalmente recomendable.

Schönes Haus mit prächtigem Garten

Wir warten zum ersten mal auf La Palma gewesen und haben das für uns perfekte Haus gefunden. Wir waren für 11 Nächte als Ehepaar während Weihnacht/Neujahr in diesem schönen Haus. Alles war sauber und die Bettwäsche wie auch die genügenden Handtücher haben wunderbar frisch geduftet. Wunderschöner grosser Garten mit div. Fruchtbäumen. Jeden Morgen konnten wir direkt ab Baum frischen Orangensaft pressen. Die Outdoor Küche ist super eingerichtet und wir haben jeden Morgen und Abend draussen gekocht. Schöner Pool mit knapp 20 Grad erträglich. Gute Infrastruktur mit Liegestühlen und passenden Kissen. Wenn wir zu Hause waren ist die Hauskatze Linda immer gekommen. Wir haben es sehr genossen, da wir zu Hause auch 2 Samtpfoten haben. Wir hoffen für Linda, dass sie bei allen Gästen willkommen ist, gefüttert und gestreichelt wird. Wir hoffen auch, dass sie auch wenn keine Gäste im Haus sind, regelmässig Futter bekommt. Der Gesamteindruck von Haus, Garten und Lage ist sehr gut.

Kurze Auszeit

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit einem sehr guten Ruhe- und Erholungsfaktor. Alles da was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war Top. Wir haben den reichhaltigen Obstgarten sehr genossen. In einem Satz, richtige Entscheidung und super schöner Aufenthalt.

Vacaciones en familia

La casa la hemos alquilado para seis personas. Dispone de cuatro habitaciones y tres baños. Se encuentra en una zona de fácil acceso, a pocos metros de la carretera, cercana a supermercado, farmacia y al centro de Los Llanos de Aridane. Junto a la zona ajardinada y la piscina, que se aprecian bien en las fotografías, propician una estancia agradable.
