Located in the Highlands, known as the commercial corridor and the cultural center of the city, yet nestled in a traditional neighborhood that is the most sought out area in Louisville.

Both the home and the area offer everything you need for your getaway or long term stay.

A perfect stay in the Highlands

I felt "at home" at this property from the minute I walked in the door. I stayed for over three months, and there was never anything I wanted or needed that wasn't already provided there. It was beautifully decorated, and very clean. I bought a house in Louisville and moved out of the apartment, but when I drove by there later I felt a little "homesick." Leenette, the property owner was perfect, too. I never had to call her for anything, but she always gave me a heads up if anyone would be working around the area, and she came around often, too, just to check on everyone. This is a great stay for a reasonable price. Don't miss out on it!

Wonderful!

My teenage daughter and I were in Louisville for a concert, but we wanted to stay in a quieter area of the city. This was the perfect spot for us! The apartment is beautifully decorated, and the owner's attention to detail is unparalleled. We found everything we needed within easy walking distance. We especially enjoyed Safai Coffee Shop and vintage clothing stores. We are already looking forward to another trip just to stay in this apartment!

Expertly renovated 3 story home. Beautifully decorated.

We were on the first floor and had access to the fenced in area for our dogs. Dogs were crated when we were not there. Our hostess was very attentive and was present on the property during most of our stay. We loved the area and hope to visit again.

Cute as a button in a gem of a neighborhood!

Everything was lovely about this place from the inviting front porch swing to the the cute little backyard. The place was immaculate, the furniture stylish and comfortable and the TV w streaming so nice for relaxing. The neighborhood is perfectly walkable and very quaint. I got to the row of adorable shops within minutes walking at a leisurely pace. There was an abundance of shopping and great food even for a vegan like myself. Many shops are dog friendly so I could take my Pom with me. I absolutely adored the deep claw foot tub and the bed was heavenly. I even got to meet the proprietress while enjoying the front porch swing when she came by to mow and introduce herself. This place is a class act from start to finish and I plan to return as soon as I can.

The propery was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. Comfy beds, clean, lots of room, easy to enter/exit and lock-up. Overall a wonderful place.

Great Place & Great Area

Perfect place to stay for us (2 guests). Walking distance to coffee shops/bars/restaurants. Easy to get an uber. Great communication by the host. Nothing I would change.
