Casa Oakdene

Casa Oakdene is a luxury, fully fitted out villa located in the Old Village area of Vilamoura in the Algarve. 150 Yards to Bakers and Old Village bars, restaurants, shops and excursions/hire desk.

It underwent a full refurbishment internally and externally in 2017 and we ensure our high standards are kept up by investing in improvements year after year.

Sleeps 12. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 (which can be made up as king size or singles to suit your needs). It has a beautiful open plan living area with sofa seating, smart TV, modern kitchen and dining area. Its has fast Wi-Fi too.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, ovens, family fridge freezer and all the equipment you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. There is an attached utility room containing another fridge-freezer and washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The lower ground level contains a games room with table tennis table, TV , Nintendo Wii and x-box 360 consoles. It can also sleep up to 4 people on 3 beds plus a sofa bed. Ideal for kids/golfers.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, common areas and in the lower ground.

Externally there is a fully landscaped garden & pool area. A terrace with seating for 8 - 10 people with BBQ area, sunbeds by the pool, plenty of shaded areas and additional lounge seating by the pool area.

There is a hot tub available (at additional cost) and should you wish to stay during the cooler months, pool heating is also available (at additional cost).

The property is secured with electric gates with ample free street parking plus 1 secure parking space on property.

The villa is safe for families with young children, with fitted stair gates, a pool safety fence on request and we also provide 1 cot and high chair should you need one free of charge. Extras are available with an additional hire cost.

We are located 150 yards from the Old Village with shops, restaurants & cafes. There is a supermarket where you can get supplies including British papers. There are great places to get breakfast, lunch & dinner all open late. Bars which show sports when on. The villa is a short walk but far enough away that you won't be disturbed by any noise.

It is a 20 minute walk from the beautiful Marina. There are dozens of restaurants to choose from, bars, clubs, cafes & shops. You can find something suitable whether you are a big group of golfers or a family.

The Vilamoura road train pulls up 100 yards from the front door which stops at the Marina, the beaches, mini golf & other places through the Vilamoura area.

Golf courses are ample and very local, as is the Tennis and Paddle Club.

The beaches are down by the Marina and served by the Vilamoura road train which stops at multiple places along the way. The beach is beautiful and sandy and has some lovely restaurants. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for about 10 Euros each.

Our villa is run and maintained by our very helpful management team based just in the old village square only a few minutes walk away and are available at any hour if needed.

Casa Oakdene was the first of 3 villas we now own and rent in the area. Having stayed at disappointing rental properties in the past we try to provide everything our guests would hope to find and more.

As a guest of Casa Oakdene, you'll find an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and an arcade/games room. The family-friendly Casa Oakdene also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
