Villa Rafia is a stunning, sunlit contemporary loft right by the sea. It is perfectly located to enjoy a relaxed vacation, or to combine it with sightseeing of Corinth or Athens. The town of Loutraki and beach stretch is only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute beach walk from the house. Loutraki is a great place for holidays for couples, friends or family. The villa is only a 200m walk to the beach.
The space
The villa features 2 floors, with only the ground floor available for rent (this listing).
The ground floor contains:

250m2 private garden/outside space with private entrance
2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed, other with two comfortable single modern bunk beds
1 large living room with one wall pull-out modern Twin bed, an open kitchen with island, a large couch area, pool table, chimney & work desk
The kitchen is fully equipped and modern with all features and amenities to make you feel at home, including dishwasher, large fridge, oven…etc
Large couch, 4K TV and fan to cool down on the days where you are not at the beach. Comfortably fits 6 people.
Guest access
The house offers a unique and large outside space covered by trees featuring a hammock, outside shower, table and seating area with a nice breeze. Ideal for shade but also sunbathing, relaxation or reading a book during the day. For barbecues, and drinks at night. Let the sound of the cicadas drift you!

The beach stretch is only a 3 minute walk, with many options such as The Casino Club of Loutraki, or one of the many beach bars. One of our personal favourites is The beach of Pappas. This beach is only a 5 minute drive and very lovely in many different ways: to relax, snorkel, eat at a little taverna or order a few snacks on a lounge chair. In the mood for exploration? The beautiful remote beaches of The Cave of the Seal and Mylokopi are a 30 minute drive and a 5 minute hike down. See last photos.
