Park Ave 3 Bedroom House walk to Bike Trail

Summary:
New listing. Three Bedroom house with huge back yard close to Little Miami River and Bike trail. Only a 5 block walk. Nice neighborhood with easy access to freeway. Many parks, restaurants and activities within walking distance. Each room has a queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Fast Wifi and large smart TV (delivered on 11/18, will update pics after set-up). Backyard is fully fenced and dogs are welcome. Great spot to get away but still close enough to the city for commuting.

The Space:
The bathroom has a nicely renovated shower. There is no bathtub.

Other Things to Note:
We can usually accommodate early check in or late check out on request. However we do request an additional charge of $20 for the time to coordinate and work to provide the necessary cleaning during a shorter time frame. Many guests request this service and it does take extra time to coordinate schedules and ensure everyone involved can accommodate the request. Thank you, Seth

Nice and Quiet

Perfect spot just outside of Cincinnati that was still close to everything we wanted to do. The bedrooms and kitchen were great just wished there was a little more seating in the living room. The space is small so it was a little cramped. Back yard was loved by our dog after the jungle was finally mowed.

Great stay, convenient to Kings Island

Cute house in great neighborhood. Very convenient to our destination, Kings Island. Kroger supermarket was right down the road for quick grocery run. Seth was a great host.

Cozy and Convenient

The house was in the perfect location for our needs. It was only 15 minutes from Kings Island and 30 minutes from Cincinnati. We enjoyed our stay in Loveland and were even able to check out places that were not on our itinerary. The Loveland Castle was an interesting stop and we were able to learn about some local history. The Loveland Dairy Whip was an excellent place to get soft serve ice cream and was only a five walk.

Perfect for what we needed

We loved being able to bring our two dogs and walking thru the quiet neighborhood to downtown Loveland. Master bed was super comfortable! Nice location!

Excellent location in Loveland.

Property was clean and everything was as advertised. Just a couple of small glitches. Water pressure to the kitchen sink was not too good. Coffee maker broke the 2nd day so no coffee in the a.m., but there's a Dunkin' just down the street. Otherwise, everything was just fine and the owner was responsive when I called him about the coffee maker.

House is over all basic and in need of a good cleaning but at least it was well stocked.

I appreciated all the supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, coffee…), it was much better stocked than a lot of rental houses we’ve stayed in. it had basic cookware/ dishes in the kitchen. Location was close to restaurants, stores, and such without being downtown. The yard looked nice and big but because of storms we didn’t even go out back.The house appeared clean at first but upon closer look it was NOT cleaned well. There was trash left between furniture and under beds. There was hair stuck all over the bathroom wall. There were dirt stains throughout. The washer had black mold and smelled so we couldn’t use it. Shower also had mold. There was a strange sewage smell that would come in waves but we never figured out what was causing it. Nothing horrible but the house could definitely use a deep cleaning.Also, it could use some extra homey touches like throw blankets but that’s just my opinion and there weren’t any dishes or cups for children.

Cousin weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Loveland and the house was perfect for us. The bathroom drain is very slow which was a bit of inconvenience but other than that it was perfect. We hope to make this a cousin tradition so we will hopefully rent again next year!

Fun Family Getaway - great property, owner and area

We enjoyed our time thoroughly. The property was as advertised, with an excellent layout for us with our two boys. The kitchen and living room were much larger than we were expecting. The backyard is huge, with plenty of space to run for younger kids. The area is lovely, and Seth (owner) was easy to work with and ready to help with any needs. We look forward to staying again soon!
