On henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Karibian merelle, joka sijaitsee yhdessä St. Tämä Maarten hienoimpia rantoja, Cupecoyn ranta, tämä tilava kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto Cliffillä tarjoaa kaiken mitä tarvitset täydelliseen oleskeluun ystävien tai perheen kanssa.

Huoneiston sisustus on valoisa, valkoisella värillä ja hyvin viimeistelty yhdistelmällä moderneja huonekaluja. Tärkeimmässä asuintilassa, merelle päin, on avoin konsepti, jossa iso ja mukava beige sohva. Tämä tila on avoinna viereiselle ruokasalille, jossa on suunnittelupöytä, jossa on kuusi istuinta, ja tilava täysin varustettu keittiö. Liukuovet, aivan ruokasalin ja olohuoneen vierestä johtavat suurelle parvekkeelle, jossa on oleskelualue, täydellinen aamiaiseksi tai auringonlaskujen katselua varten.

Jopa neljä vierasta (+ lapset nukkuvat sängyssä) voivat nukkua mukavasti tässä huoneistossa. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja pääsy terassille liukuovien kautta.

Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode, kylpyhuone suihkulla / kylpyammeella, tallelokero ja pääsy parvekkeelle. Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, kylpyhuone suihkulla ja pääsy parvekkeelle.

Vaikka kiinteistöllä olisi oma pääsy rannalle, siellä on myös yksi hienoimmista rannoista "Mullet bay", vain yhden minuutin kävelymatka.

Cliffin asuinpaikan takapihalla on palmuja ja trooppisia viheralueita sekä polku, joka on täydellinen rentoutumiseen lämpiminä päivinä. Sitä ympäröi terassi lepotuoleilla, joista on merinäköala ja ulkouima-allas. Siellä on myös lämmitetty sisäuima-allas uima-altaalla, SPA, oma yksityinen tenniskenttä sekä ilmastoitu kuntosali, joka on merelle päin, joten sinulla on runsaasti mahdollisuuksia pitää harjoittelujärjestelmäsi yllä.

Huoneiston sijainnista Rein Roadilla, se on vain muutaman sekunnin päässä vedestä, kasino, useita ravintoloita, minuutin kävelymatka saaren hienoimmalle rannalle ja golfkenttä ja 1 minuutin ajomatka ruokakauppaan ja Mahoon, josta löydät baareja, ravintoloita ja yöelämää, sairaalaa ja paljon muuta.

The condo was great. There was plenty of room and it was furnished nicely. The staff at The Cliff were outstanding, and we really enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated. We would definitely recommend this condo.

One of the most beautiful and will maintained properties that we've ever stayed in. Everyone was pleasant and helpful during our stay. The location was great for getting all around the island. If/ when we're back in St. Maarten, we'd stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful Stay

Stop looking and rent this one

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect location on the island. First, the view from the balcony is stunning. Whenever we were at the condo, we were most likely out on the balcony listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. The condo is clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed for our vacation. We rented a car and traveled all over the island and by far, this is the best location on the island to stay. We were close enough to restaurants and beaches that we could either drive or just walk to. The Cliff’s staff were so welcoming and helpful. The Cliff’s has an amazing restaurant, workout facility and the infinity pool is stunning. This was by far one of most favorite islands to vacation at. You can’t go wrong booking this location.

Enjoyable

The unit was amazing. Clean, modern, beautiful view, spacious, full of amenities. The Cliff complex was beautiful as well, meticulously cared for with friendly staff. The only negative were some of the amenities were either not available or not functioning. I was disappointed to learn the restaurant had reduced hours, and the hot tub was not working. We found this to be the case across the island though. I assume post covid adjustments. Just as some of the other reviews indicated the Organic Market down the road is super expensive. Stick with Carrefour or Maho is amazing.

Outstanding escape to luxury

The beach view is rugged and beautiful. During our stay it was windy with choppy seas, but still swimable in the ocean. The pool is first class! Good food at Marios. Great view of the ocean from the 6th floor. A great place for easy access to the airport, a grocery store right up the hill with neighboring restaurants within walking distance.

Spectacular views

The Cliffs is in a safe area and is gated with a grocery store within walking distance. The staff at the Cliffs were very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean, warm and perfect in every way and we loved our daily swims. There was a flight of stairs leading down to a beach below the cliffs that we often had to ourselves. The views from the unit were spectacular to watch sunset from and the unit was very spacious. As others said, the sliders on the front don’t lock but it would be impossible for anyone to get onto that front deck.

Great views and privacy

We enjoyed the condo and the views were spectacular. The pool was not crowded and had ample chairs and views of the ocean. Location was great for restaurants. The condo needed some attention. The TV in the living room did not work, the kitchen had minimal supplies and a lack of spoons. The sliding doors did not lock properly on one balcony. We had to wait several days to get an additional key. All minor inconveniences but for the rental price could easily be fixed. We would stay there again for the balcony and the views.

Perfect Location - Great Service - Great View - Appliances and Furniture could be updated - Unit had a stale smell at check in, possibly due to a/c being off for a few days - But overall, not perfect, but very good stay for the cost - If upgraded it would be worth extra per night and I am sure it would pay itself back quickly

Fantastic view and location, but in need of some basic repairs

The building location was fantastic, as was the view, the pool, and the grounds. However, the unit we rented was definitely in need of some basic and much needed repairs. Specifically, the ice maker did not work, the sliding doors to the master bedroom outside deck were off their track and the door could not easily be closed, several lightbulbs in the kitchen were burned out, the master bathroom door was broken and was stuck in a half open/half closed position (it was obvious this had been stuck for awhile and appears to be from prior water damage to the door), and the drain pipe in the second shower was cracked and would leak all over the floor if the shower was used. Other than these basic maintenance issues which can be easily repaired, the unit was seriously fantastic. All of these issues were easily worked around, and we would not hesitate to stay in this unit again

Staying in Cupecoy

From start to finish, the Cliffs at Cupecoy were exactly what we were hoping for. The unit was clean, spacious, well equipped and the views were magnificent. John, our VRBO host, was lightning quick to answer any questions about the unit or anything else we asked for. The pool area was great, super clean, and just a short flight of stairs to a pristine beach. Overall, would recommend 10/10 times. For the record, we did not eat on site, as the restaurant was usually quite booked, but there were numerous restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Very convenient to have a grocery store almost across the street too for snacks/wine etc. Don't have any complaints other than it was sometimes difficult to get into the property as the key cards didnt seem to open the gates, whether on foor or in a car. But i guess from a safety standpoint, we were quite bunckered in so we always felt safe. Again that was probably the worst thing I can think of, hence the 5 star experience. If you are looking at the west end of St. Martin, look no further.

Great property with great concierge!

This was a great property and unit. The beach was beautiful and clean, and the unit was also clean and well laid out. The only issue was that there were rolling power outages for 2 days of the trip, and the property generators did not work (this meant no elevators for 2 days, for a sixth floor unit). They mentioned this was uncommon, so it might not be an issue in future bookings. The concierge and desk team were amazing- friendly and great recommendations. They booked several events for us and were spot on every time (villania was especially wonderful). The grocery store across the road had everything necessary for enjoying the beautiful balcony- alcohol, cheese, chips, sunscreen. The restaurant on property was also great. Recommend and would stay here again!

Great property

Property was exactly as described. Wonderful views and great snorkeling right off the property. It’s in a nice gated and safe area. Low traffic. Grocery store is across the street and another one a few blocks away. The new pool is top notch. Didn’t try the onsite restaurant but the menu looked incredible. John was very helpful and quick with responses. Would definitely stay again!
