Attention le site Hotel.com annonce que vous pouvez régler sur place le séjour aprés l'acompte de réservation hors de manière illégale le règlement a été prélevé sur le compte bancaire occasionnant de graves problèmes..!!:((( Trés mauvaise communication entre l'Hotel et expédia pour une autre chambre dont le séjour avait été réduit pour cause médicale et avertit par mail par nos soins ! Cela a duré prés de 3 jours avec des tensions et une manager qui n'en avait rien à faire ! heureusement qu'une petite réceptionniste du matin nous a aidé ! Aucun geste commercial d'Hotel.com /Expédia Honteux !

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The views were breathtaking, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Very nice property. The front desk staff are extremely helpful. Not many food options on site other than tortuga and the cafe in the lobby. Room was comfortable and clean. Comes with a stove and fridge. Nice flat screen tv. Did what was needed for a 3 day trip!

Excellent location! Friendly and helpful staff! It's a nice beachfront area but I don't think it was suitable for bathing because of the waves but I'm not sure if there were rough seas those days. This is Maho Beach right across from the airport so it's the perfect spot for seeing planes and walking on the beach. It's in walking distance or easy transportation to the airport and other places. Taxis are expensive so definitely do public transportation which is safe. However the taxis are reliable and use the SXM Taxi app.
