Loved it !!

Considering the price it is a perfect hotel for staying couple of days. Good location perfect service and information from The Host , very clean and good breakfast. There are bikes to borrow and umbrellas.Negative? you can hear your neighbor snor ;)

Great value in Luang Prabang

Nice place to stay. Good value for the money, close to the main area, but still very quiet. The breakfast delivered to the room was appreciated and very tasty. Friendly staff. The bed could be more comfortable but besides that everything was great, would stay again.

Comfortable, and welcoming

Centrally located, between the big night market and the river this place has the most amazing staff and customer service. Anything I asked for was provided promptly and cheerfully, advice on the area was concise and included a map They service breakfast on the porch immediately outside your front door. Very clean, comfy beddings, cheap laundry service. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in this price range and I stay at probably 100 hotels a year. Wifi is spotty but par for the course in Laos. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Welcome drink and lovely fruit platter on arrival. We were leaving early and were given a breakfast roll to take away. Easy walk to Night Market and centre of town. Wished we had stayed longer.

We stayed at the Villa Rattanakon for six nights. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great and there are lots of very good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend the Tamirand Restaurant and Zurich Bakery. Don't book tours in advance, hotel staff can help you organize outings and the town is full of tour companies and costs are much cheaper than booking with Expedia etc. The owners are lovely people who go out of their way to ensure that your stay is pleasant. They offer a nice breakfast and within minutes of returning from a day of sightseeing they are at your room to offer you a refreshment. The hotel offers a shuttle service for a small fee to and from the airport which we took advantage of. Only complaint was the bed was too hard and walls are thin so can get noisy if you have loud people in the room next to you.

What a great little place to stay, within a few minute's walk to the night market, Mt phousi, and many more. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet at night. WiFi stable in the rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Best guest house in Luang Prabang

Arrived early, was told room would be ready by 1pm. So dropped off my backpack with staff and went to lunch. Came back around 12:30, stI'll a bit early, I was served with welcoming drink and fresh fruits. Within 10 min, the room was ready.

야시장 가까우나 올드타운과 맛집은 멀어서 불편.

야시장이나 조마베이커리 가기 편한 위치에 있어서 위치는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 번잡한 거리하고는 좀 떨어져 있어서 조용했구요. 다만 1층이 2층보다 가격이 싼 데 그 이유가 가만 보니 1층은 전반적으로 곰팡이 냄새가 많이 나서 그런 듯합니다. 먼지 같은 건 없이 청소가 잘 되어 있는데 기본적으로 목재가 많아서인지 곰팡이 냄새가 아주 심한 방도 있습니다. 첫날 1호 방에서 곰팡이 냄새 때문에 거의 잠을 설치고 다음날 방을 바꿔달라고 요청해서 5호로 옮겼습니다. 5호는 그나마 냄새가 덜해서 그냥 지냈습니다. 조식은 아주 훌륭했습니다. 국수만 빼고요. 올드타운 가기엔 멀어서 아쉬운 곳입니다. 맛집과 볼거리는 올드타운에 몰려 있으니까요.

친철해서 너무 좋았던 라타나콘~ 자전거는 꼭 빌리세요

체크인때부터 체크아웃때까지 너무 친절해서 기분이 좋았음. 방비엥 4성급호텔 아마리에서도 못받은 서비스를 받은 느낌. 방내부가 좀 어두운게 좀 불편하긴했지만 전체적으로 깔끔하게 정리되어있고, 룸청소도 너무 잘해줘서 미리준비못한 팁까지 달려나가서 쥐어주고옴. 그리고 꽝시폭포가는 밴과 공항갈때 툭툭까지 숙소에서 예약이 가능해서 편하게 다녔음. 체크인할때 나눠주는 루앙프라방 지도도 유용하게 사용했음. 그리고 자전거가 한.. 10대정도?있는데, 무료로 빌려주니까 그거 타고 다니면 더 편하게 다닐수있어서 좋음!!! 강추!

2018年10月に利用。 接客は普通、可もなく不可もなく。部屋は綺麗。エアコン、冷蔵庫、ヘヤードライヤー問題なし。シャワーは水量は少ないが、暑いお湯が長時間使用可能。朝食は数種類より選択出来る。自転車が小さいが無料レンタル有。水は毎日2本無料配布。基本的な内容は全て網羅されており、満足。

Joma 베이커리에서 걸어서 3분정도 걸림 도착하면 과일. 레몬에이드를 주면서 주변 시설에대해 친절히 설명해주심. 조식포함한 가격치고 싼가격임

너무 좋아요~

첫날 갔을때는 야시장이랑 거리가 좀 잇다고 생각했는데 계속 묵다보니 걸어다닐만하고 자전거도 무료로 대여해주고 직원들도 넘 친절해요~ 완전 맘에 드는 숙소였습니다!
