The hotel and the rooms were just beautiful. I loved the decorating sensibility and the spaciousness. The only issue was getting the internet to work for the streaming services on the tv. I called the desk but no one answered. The desk person should probably carry a cell with him if he can't be at the desk!

Great place to stay, however parking is not always available on property on busy days, and the service fees on top of the already high item cost, for in room minibar snacks were a surprise. Despite that love the property and all the amenities.

Lubbock's Best Hotel

Always a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and attentive, the room is clean and comfortable, and the grounds are well maintained. Also a great location for local restaurants and TTU events!

Nice hotel

Its a very pet friendly hotel. Comfortable rooms and spacious. However, there isn't any dressers to store your clothes or items if you are staying more than a night. Also, its considered a resort and you will be charged those fees.

Fabulous Vibes

The staff was great and the service at the restaurant was great. The food wasn’t fabulous so I would just go there to have some drinks. Very clean and my dog loves the courtyard to play fetch. It feels like a home away from home.

Cotton Court-Great hotel!

This hotel was amazing! Beautifully decorated! We got to sit outside around a fire and then went to the adjoining bar/restaurant. The service was great!
