We go to check in and the guy at the front counter puts us in the worst room. Our room would occasionally shake and vibrate with a loud sound coming from who knows where. The elevator was broken so we had to go the long way around, which he didn’t tell us about. The breakfast was awful, watery oatmeal, and the eggs to order were incredibly bad. I actually stayed here for the breakfast, and it was awful. I asked for over medium and I got barely cooked over easy. I explained that I would please like over medium and it was even worse the second time with the guys behind the grill scowling at me (I promise I was nice). Very old, worn, and oily sofa in the room, extremely uncomfortable bed, flat pillows, rusty doors, and what looks like black mold in the vents (I took pictures!). It was a terrible and embarrassing experience since I took my family and will never go to this one again. This has to be the worst Embassy Suites in the country.
