The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The employee upon arrival was very friendly. I believe her name was Jazzelle. All the staff, the next morning, were equally friendly. Location was in the perfect area for my needs. Clean room.

The room was very large and had a couch. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was outstanding, and the best I have ever had at any hotel. The coffee was unbelieveably good. The rooms were clean. We will stay there any time that we are in Lubbock.
