Great location if coming for anything TTU related - right across the street. The hotel is showing it's age for sure. Everything worked but just looked a bit aged/tired. For example, TV that was not able to stream Netflix/Prime just show the 15 channels on their little cable box (none of them premium movie channels unless you pay extra). However the price is modest so set expectations accordingly. Half the parking lot was filled with fleet trucks from construction companies on long term projects - the suites enable long term stays. Didn't cause me any issues except for finding parking around crane trucks and large box trucks. We did enjoy the included breakfast..

Pigeons nesting above entrance with a lot of pigeon poop on the ground around the entrance. Tile broken in the bathroom that kept moving when stepped on. Bathroom was dirty. Cockroach found dead inside room door on last day. They had us in the wrong room, then did not want to change us back to the intended room as I wanted.

I didn’t like that I could not block out the light from the windows. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, along with facing a busy road was awful. The room was also missing a coffee maker and a dining table and chair, like the photos. So, lunch and dinner was eaten either sitting on the couch, or the bed. One other thing, the microwave was not where it should/would normally be and was out on a low shelf near the floor; weird.
