CASA LAURA on tilava, ilmava ja valoisa kattohuoneisto 2 hengelle sijaitsee hiljaisella kadulla katedraali Lucca ja lähellä kasvitieteellinen puutarha Lucca, muurien suojassa.

Täysin remontoitu ja kalustettu arkkitehti, tämä ylellinen mukava huoneisto on 2 nukkuu paikkaa 1 hengen king size-makuuhuone ja on 2 kylpyhuonetta tekee siit�� ihanteellisen vanhempi pari etsii charmia, tyyli, tilaa, yksityisyyttä ja mukavuutta.

Hyvin varustettu upouusi keittiö, WiFi ja ilmastointi on ilmainen lisäkustannuksia. 2 kylpyhuonetta on suuri sisäänrakennettu suihkut. Sijainti on loistava, muurien suojassa ja lähellä pääsyä Passeggiata (Promenade ylös seinille alle vuosisadan vanhoja puita) ja perässä Cathdral Lucca jossa Puccinin Konsertit järjestetään joka ilta, ravintoloita ja päivittäistavarat myymälöissä. Ilmainen pysäk��inti sijaitsee noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta, kun maksu pysäköinti sijaitsee hieman alle 5 min kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta (13 euroa päivässä tai tilaukset käytettävissä 50 euroa enintään 1 kuukauden oleskelu).

Tämä on uusi asunto 100sqm. sisustettu ja kunnostettu tyylikkäästi ja laadukkaasti huonekaluja. Jokainen huone on suuri ja kirkas aurinkoinen puoli ja varustettu ilmastointi.

KOOSTUMUS:
Sisäänkäynti huone, keittiö ja ruokailutila, olohuone päin suuri terassi, king size-makuuhuone, kaksi kylpyhuonetta sekä sisäänrakennettu suihku, suuri vaatekaappi huone pesulapalvelut (pesukone ja kuivausrumpu käytettävissä + rauta ja lauta), työhuone, jossa on kirjoituspöytä ja katsella.

Kylpyhuoneessa on laadukkaat pehmeät pyyhkeet ja kylpytakit, mittakaava, hiustenkuivaaja.

Lisää katu: Set Via Del Giardino Botanico, tämä tyylikäs huoneisto sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla lähellä kasvitieteellinen puutarha, ja Via Del Fosso, lähdevettä suihkulähteet, että voit kerätä oman pullo tuoretta ja luonnon vettä päivitt��in. Tuomiokirkko sijaitsee aivan toisessa päässä kadun sekä Puccini Konsertit kirkossa San Giovanni e Reparata. Mittatilaustyönä konditoria Pasticceria Dianda (yksi parhaista kaupungissa) sijaitsee pitkin katua, jossa asunto sijaitsee. Myös ramppi seinät on aivan nurkan takana. Lähellä Via Elisa tarjoaa hyviä ravintoloita ja ruokapaikkoja.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious and had all the amenities as advertised. The rooftop deck was large and comfortable with nice views of the town. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely stay again in the future.

Absolutely Lovely!

Enjoyed our time so much in Lucca and this apartment was the perfect place to end each day. Spacious, relaxing, and even though it rained quite a bit while we were there - we still were able to enjoy the lovely rooftop patio. The neighborhood is quiet but also walkable to the historic center, shops, and restaurants.

Exquisite Apartment just inside the wall

Communication with the apartment manager before and during our stay was great. The apartment was beautifully appointed and very spacious. It felt like home! It was great having the 2 bathrooms and the beautiful terrace was a wonderful spot to relax with a glass of wine in the evenings!! The kitchen was well equipped for the little bit of cooking that we did during our stay. Very nice to have a washer/dryer in the apartment, as well as a large closet space. The location was less than a 15 minute walk from the train station and was situated on a quiet street very close to a wall access point. A short walk to many restaurants, shopping and points of interest. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. Peter and Diana

Great location, decor, etc. Just a few things that need to be added to make it perfect: oven instructions, oven mitt, coasters for tables, lighter for candles on terrace, newer towels, spare toilet paper and a few basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper & oil. The information booklet was very helpful!

A week in Lucca

We loved the apartment which had everything we needed and more and was very stylish unlike a lot of rentals - it looked just like the picture ! The air con was great and was needed as we were there during the heatwave We love Lucca and enjoyed the location being so close to the wall and use of the bikes was a bonus The only disappointment was that we couldn’t use the lovely terrace in the daytime as it was just too hot and there was no shade or umbrella, we questioned this at check in and we’re told it wasn’t possible because of being on the 5th floor so this was a shame as we had hoped to spend afternoons relaxing out there - however we were in extreme temperatures ! We hope to return in the Autumn and would love to stay at the same apartment again

Lucca stay near botanical garden

The apartment was lovely, well located and as described in the photos. I would only suggest that the host provide paper towels or kitchen wipes to make it easier to keep the kitchen clean. There were no dining napkins neither paper nor cloth. The grey bath mats needed laundering and lighting above the stove and one sconce had burned out bulbs. The floor was damaged by previous guests near the coach - water stain plus deep gouges.

Great choice for a couple to stay inside the walls of Lucca

Casa Laura is a very well designed little apartment, tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped it is exactly as per the listing description, the photographs, the other reviews and provided an ideal base for our week in Lucca. I would gladly book again and I would certainly recommend the property to friends. Still, I would like to tell the owners that if this were my property I would pay a little more attention to the details of maintenance - repalcing dead light bulbs, making sure that the liquid soap dispensers actually work, fix the broken toilet seat and don't leave the cushions for the outside furniture out in the rain. These are not problems that ruin the stay but if you fix them you'll get more recommendations and more repeat bookings. It was also unfortunate that noise from the demolition and construction work on the floor below made the property almost uninhabitable from 9:00 to 17:00 weekdays. I fully appreciate that this was outside the control of the property owner and that there was little that could be done, however, again if this had been my property, I think at least a mention of the problem on arrival and an apology for the inconvenience would have been appropriate.

Amazing Stay!

A wonderful property in the perfect location. Comfortable and cosy, clean, well appointed and spotless. The location is very close to the train station and three of the gates in the city walls. Even though it is within the city walls the apartment was very quiet. Cafe and bakery just at the corner of the street too. Very good information provided by Sonia and a binder full of useful info and tips for shopping, days out and food. Lovely bedroom, bathrooms and good laundry facilities. We did most of our own cooking and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Even though it was January, we enjoyed many meals out on the patio in the sun. Thank you Sonia, we will be back! Absolutely 5 Stars!!!!

I loved my month at Casa Laura. The apartment is beautiful and in the perfect location. It is light and airy with lovely and comfortable The terrace provided the perfect place to both dine and relax. Mrs. Sonia is an amazing hostess, she makes you feel so welcome. She put together a book with everything you need to live like a local. The apartment has good WiFi and internet. The 2 bathrooms make it easy for 2 people. Having a washer/dryer right in the apartment is so convenient and the closet space is huge. The kitchen has all your appliances and the gas stove was great for all my new Italian recipes. The bed is a little hard but I added the two additional pads and slept fine. There are 55 stair steps to the apartment but I built up my stamina and by the end of my stay they weren’t a problem. My time here was so special and I will miss my home in Lucca.

stylish and central Lucca apartment with excellent service

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property, on our first visit to Lucca. We were warmly welcomed by Claire who was waiting for us when we arrived. We didn't need to contact her again but the offer was there. The property is right in the centre of town, in a very quiet street, near to the Botanical gardens. It is only a 5 minute walk from the station which has a direct route to Pisa central and then a short train link to the airport, thus eliminating the need to hire a car. The interior of the apartment was very comfortable with an interesting mix of old and modern furniture and lots of pictures and ornaments. The terrace was the main reason we chose this accommodation because I like to have access to the outside, having never lived in an apartment. We were not disappointed, it was a lovely area to have breakfast and evening pre dinner drinks. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were of a luxury standard, plenty of hot water and good pressure. The kitchen was well equipped , we didn't eat in because there were so many restaurants within easy walking distance - and there was a separate dining room if we had wanted to sit at a table indoors. The air conditioning was essential in July and very effective. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

good but could have been great

On the whole the place was pretty good and we really enjoyed Lucca - location, city, air conditioning and the guidebook etc but somethings could have made it a lot better 1. We were expected to pay 60 Euro cleaning fee on arrival but when we got there the rubbish bin in the bathroom was not emptied - so am not sure what the cleaning fee was for. 2. We were not aware of the late checkin fee (30-50 Euro) until after we paid for the booking. We planned on getting there at about 11a.m. but our flight was delayed in Sicily by 10 hours which was painful enough - we arrived at 11p.m. and Sonia made us pretty uncomfortable by trying to claim 50 Euro and then saying it was 'the boss' who wanted it.. 3. the bed was incredibly uncomfortable for the price you pay - if you have a bad back it might not be for you. 4. if you are expected to clean the property and take out the garbage, you could at least expect it to have garbage bags if you expect the guest to take garbage out every day. apart from that it was a nice place in a beautiful city.

Lovely Lucca Home

Sonia is a wonderful host with a beautiful home in a great location. You need to be capable of accessing the numerous steps leading to the home, but a little piece of Heaven is awaiting once you do. We enjoyed welcoming each day with an espresso on the terrace and closing it each night with a great bottle of wine. Highly recommended--thank you Sonia and Chiara!

Beautiful apartment, wonderful location

The stairs to get to the apartment are a killer but once there they were worth it. The apartment is tasteful and fairly large for 2 people. The biggest problem was the lighting in the bathrooms, it was non-existent. It’s shocking others haven’t complained and the owners haven’t changed it. Loved the location! Easy access to the wall and fairly short walk to the center of town.

Lovely Apartment in a lovely town

Lucca is a beautiful little town and we enjoyed our apartment very much. The location is perfect and the patio was amazing!! The apartment is lovely in its decor but it did lack a few essentials that should always be included (such as more than one roll of toilet paper and maybe some coffee, etc). We were quite late in arriving due to our flight being cancelled but Sonia was good enough to meet us very late to check us in, so we were grateful for that. So, all in all, it was a great stay and I would recommend this property to other travelers.

Spacious, neat pad for two!

We loved this apartment during our stay in Lucca! The apartment was nice and spacious for two, which was very relaxing to come "home" to. It was well decorated and updated, which added to the comfort level. The location was fantastic - a nice walk to a lot of the main shopping, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. It was a little cold during the time of year when we were visiting, but the terrace would be amazing in warm weather! I'd highly recommend this cute apartment if staying in Lucca!

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Lucca

A beautiful apartment, very well equipped. The outside patio/ deck was wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet and next to the botanical garden and wall. The 4 flights of stairs were difficult on a daily basis. The apartment needs to be refreshed, new paint on outside furniture, old brochures and candles thrown out, wooden pallets on patio still on patio, inside molding and paint needs to be addressed. Overall, a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location.
