Ok but Hot Room

For the most part, everything was just fine or average. The breakfast was fairly minimal compared to other european hotels, but was sufficient for a budget option. The cleanliness was good. The room was not a bad size but the bed could have been more comfortable and it was constantly warm/hot in the room even with air conditioning on full.

This by far is the BEST... as it's 30 seconds from free bus stop to center town and old town. Rooms are small as in most of Europe Super Duper staff Thank You

I wasn’t happy with having to pay extra for parking on the hotel property…that should have been included in the purchase of the room. Also was not very happy with the hot water situation in the shower…the temperature kept jumping around from too hot to too cold the whole time without adjusting the tap. For a room that cost me more than $800 Australian dollars a night…I think it SHOULD have been top notch!

This is a budget hotel. The rooms are very small, with small cubicles for shower and toilet. A curtain divides the beds from the shower & toilet doors. There are no bedside tables, or tea/coffee making facilities. Two small paper cups were provided. The room was very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Large, white soft towels provided. The blow dryer needed to be requested from Reception (after paying a 20CHF deposit - which was returned when blowdryer was returned). 3.5CHF was charged to store luggage.

Budget stay in Luzern

It was a budget hotel but close to buses, trains and walking distance to lake and cafes. Toilet was snug but shower was ok. Bed was comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We only wanted a bed and were out each day.

I didn’t like the bathroom style, of having the sink in the bedroom, the toilet in an other cubicle and the shower in the bedroom! Reason for only 4 stairs.

My recommendation would be to avoid this property if you can. The was a ghost effect with the lights where they would turn on on it's on even after multiple tries. The staff at one time shut of the light at mid night and woke us up with an option to move to a different location (not room but a different hotel). All in the middle of night with a kid. At one time they also joked (assume they did) about ghosts. I would recommend to stay away from this place.

Close to train station , has to walk around due to the train track. Lots of fast food store around the station. The room I have is very small. Shower box, sink and toilet are all desperate. It means if you step out of the shower box, you’ll find yourself in the room already. Toilet has a door. You have to open the door before taking the first step out,
