Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Heat: Please set the thermostat back to 53°F
Hot Tub: Make sure that the cover is closed and temperature is set to 96. Trash: You may leave trash in bins. Extra filled bags can be placed tied up in basement near back door
Beds: Leave unused beds made. For used beds, please leave them unmade with the sheets still on. (This helps us spot and treat stains)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Hot Tub: An additional fee may apply for any misuse of the tub that could require more attention by our maintenance staff. Do not use if intoxicated.
