Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, a few minutes’ walk away from the Exhibition Centre and 10 minutes’ walk away from the city centre, this apartment is perfect for couples, but also for business trips. The double sofa bed can accommodate two people, both for families and groups (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The double bedroom is spacious and tastefully furnished. The actual strength of this apartment is its bathroom! Relax in the shower with hydromassage jets and enjoy the tranquillity of the location.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the property; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a lakeside beach, tennis courts and a sailing club.

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \"Viganello, La Santa\" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
