A contemporary, second floor, studio apartment in an architecturally striking residence in a quiet area of central Lugano.
If you are coming to Lugano for either business or pleasure, this luxurious development offers comfort and convenience. The communal facilities include a co-working space, a ground-floor bar and restaurant with extensive outdoor seating, a gym, and a separate storage space.
The airy studio apartment sleeps 2 people. The living area, with its cool stone floors and soothing colours, has a modern sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with 2 seats. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped with everything required for your stay: a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.

There is a comfortable pull-down double bed in the living room.
Bathroom
The stylish stone-tiled bathroom has a glass shower, basin and WC.

The city of Lugano combines the very best of Switzerland and Italy. It is known for its rich cultural heritage, picture-perfect streets and stunning natural setting. There are many excellent restaurants and cafés where you can sample the local cuisine and wines. One of the best known is the Grand Café al Porto, founded in 1803 and still going strong. A day trip out on Lago Lugano is not to be missed. For magnificent views out over the city, lakes and mountains take the funicular railway up to Monte San Salvatore (a 45min walk from the apartment).
You can discover the city’s cultural life through its many museums and cultural events. There are regular music and gastronomic festivals throughout the year and fitter travellers can join the Ticino Mountain Running Cup which takes place throughout the year.
For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano.
The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment.
