An ideal base from where to explore Lugano, this chic studio apartment is on the fifth floor of a striking residence in a central, but quiet, neighbourhood.
This luxurious development caters to people coming to Lugano for business and pleasure. The communal facilities include co-working space, reception areas, a ground-floor restaurant and bar with outdoor seating, a gym and secure storage space.
The elegant apartment sleeps 2 people. The spacious living room has stone flooring throughout. There is a contemporary sofa, coffee table, a flat-screen Smart TV and dining table with 2 seats. The dining table doubles up as a workstation for guests travelling for business. The neat, open plan kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.
Sleeping
There is a comfortable pull-down double bed in the living room.
Bathroom
The stylish stone-tiled bathroom has a glass shower, large basin and WC.

It is famous for its stunning location, between the mountains and Lago Lugano, rich cultural heritage and delicious cuisine. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) (20 minutes walk) is one of Switzerland\'s most visited museums and holds regular contemporary art exhibitions.
A day trip to Lago Lugano is a must, as is a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. Or take a stroll to the Piazza della Riforma (23-minute walk), the city’s main square and home to many fine restaurants and bars. If you are inspired to cook, then the farmers market (Tuesday and Friday) in Via Carducci (20 minutes walk) is the best place to find the finest local ingredients.
The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment.
