The small kitchen is functional and fully equipped for cooking and serving meals; it is open onto the living room and includes a dining and a TV area with a double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The bathroom has a modern shower. 

Let your children play in the playground, which is clearly visible from the terrace, and enjoy an aperitif at sunset. How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \"Viganello, La Santa\" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
