Die Lage war gut im Sommer sicher genial im Herbst sehr kalt Heizung funktionierte nicht recht und somit auch das warme Wasser nicht ,den Schlüssel muss man sehr weit weg abholen beim abgeben vom Schlüssel ist dann doch jemand vorbei gekommen. Die Küche ist winzig es hat mal knapp Platz für eine Person es hat jedoch Backofen und Geschirrspüler aber kochen ist schwierig.

Panoramablick und ruhige Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung über 2 Etagen mit Terrasse nach hinten und Balkon mit Blick auf den Lago. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler in die Jahre gekommen. 2 Stellplätze. Nette und zurückhaltende Nachbarn. Luino ist ein Traum und von dort Bootsverkehr nach überall. Gegend sehr kurvenreich. Supermärkte und Restaurants zahlreich vorhanden. Tip: In Monza parken und dann mit dem Regio (stündlich) nach Mailand Hbhf. Tip: Mittwochs in Luino Markt -> Parken im Carrefour

Am schönsten an der Wohnung ist die Aussicht! Der Garten darf benutzt werden und liegt steil am Hang; auch schöne Aussicht. Fernab vom Tourismus, links und rechts wohnen Einheimische, das ist sehr sympathisch. Man wohnt auch selbst wie Einheimische, heißt, für deutsche Hünen endet der Spiegel am Kehlkopf... . Daran denken, dass wenn es heißt Bettwäsche mitbringen, dass das bedeutet, auch das Inlay mitzubringen, denn es gibt nur Tagesdecken, die auf den Betten liegen.
