The detached chalet is centrally located in the municipality of Lungern. You have a direct view of the lake and can reach the beautiful lake in around a minute on foot. There is a Volg grocery shop in the municipality of Lungern for your daily shopping needs.
Property
The house has two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with WC/shower on the 1st floor. In the basement there is a studio with two beds and also a bathroom with WC/shower. This room is accessible via an external staircase and is not directly connected to the 1st floor. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement for you to use during your stay. The property also has a garage and an outside car park.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the children's room with a bunk bed including a slide. All beds measure 90 x 200.

Here you will find a convection fireplace for a cosy evening by the fire. You can also use the TV and WLAN free of charge. There are two Tripp Trapp chairs for children. If these are not needed, additional chairs are available.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, mini steamer and dishwasher. So that you don't have to bring all the spices with you, a basic supply of spices and oils/vinegar is available free of charge. You can also use the kettle and the Nespresso machine.
Studio
This can be reached as described via the outside staircase or easily via the garden. There is a 90 x 200 bed, a 90 x 200 bunk bed and a bathroom.
The outside area is spacious and well maintained. There is a table for four people and a Weber charcoal barbecue on the balcony. Please note that you must provide your own charcoal. There is a seating area in the garden with an outdoor fireplace, where firewood is not included in the price.
As we as landlords have children, various utensils for the sandpit are available free of charge. Other children's equipment such as prams, cots, handcarts and paddling pools can be arranged when the keys are handed over. There is a small charge for this additional equipment, which must be paid directly on site.
