The hotel staff were wonderful as we were in town for a funeral, they took care of every need that we had. They were empathetic and respectful. We also traveled with a pet. The staff traded our pet Coco with the same warm welcome that they treated us with the breakfast was warm and ready on time. It had a good variety. The facility was exceptionally clean and we will stay there again and again. Thank you so much Hampton Inn staff, Kansas City Lee Summit, Missouri.

Great stat with 1 minor issue.

My only complaint is where the shower gel is located. For someone taking a bath, it’s impossible to reach and access. How about placing to the side and a little lower? BUT overall, everything was great. Seth assisted me with extending my checkout time which was very helpful. 100% will stay again and recommend to others.

Great stay! The hotel was easy to access and there are several retail stores and restaurants close by. It’s tucked away just enough to be quiet but close enough to the highway to make it very easy to get back on the road!

There was no clock in the room. Even though I use my phone for an alarm, I like to see the time if I wake up in the middle of the night. Also the room darkening shade did not cover the entire window and the bright lights in the parking lot shone into my room all night. Staff was very friendly, room and hotel was clean. Decent breakfast offered!

The tub/shower was very slick. It felt like there was water under the tub as it was very soft and it made it difficult to stand in the shower. My 85 year old mother couldn’t take a shower because of this she almost fell. and I had difficulty also
