The staff was excellent.However, the hotel definitely needs a lot of work.The jets in the hot tub were not working and a lot of things were broke or dirty. The bed was stiff as a board.

Day time manager was super nice and helpful. Nighttime manager was helpful but lacked personality and acted almost a little annoyed with everyone. Cleaners did an amazing job. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated that they allowed us to leave a day early to get in front of a snow storm to keep our family safe. Overall stay was excellent. The view was beautiful too!

When we checked in (and the entire time we were there), the elevator was out. That, of course, is not their fault and isn't a big issue except that the front desk staff couldn't have been less apologetic about it and our room was on the 3rd floor. The room was very roomy and nice; however, the tv did not work. We advised the front desk and the response we received was "Oh." No one followed up, no one came to look at it, no one offered a different tv or room. Rooms were good but service was far below acceptable standards.
