The two room suite was ok. The beds were not comfortable at all. We spent 4 nights and I had to ask for toilet paper multiple times. They often would forget when I would call. The bathrooms by the pool, and by the conference room were not clean. Always trash on the ground, no TP in one of them for at least 2 of the 4 days we were there. The pool towels were never in the pool room. I had to ask for them nightly. The breakfast was slim pickings. The gravy both mornings barely warmed. I chose this hotel because the location. It is close to my daughter, shopping and dining. Being familiar with Eau Claire, I thought this was good a choice. I do not see myself staying there again with my family.

There are spider webs everywhere in the lobby, the toilet didn’t flush right, when we complained they brought us a plunger instead of moving us to a room with a working toilet. After spending one night we decided to leave and not stay another as I didn’t want to have to plunge the toilet after every use!!!

The first time we stayed here the room was excellent on 3rd floor. the next time we stayed here on 2nd floor the hallway was full of tobacco smoke and the room was less clean and comfortable than the first one. the room looked old and we couldn't adjust the temperature as we did on the first stay.
