Spacious country house with garden and fireplace near a beach

Between Berry and Poitou, in the Brenne Regional Natural Park and in the heart of the village of Lurais, just 100 meters from a beach (lifeguarded in summer), lies a country house near Angles-sur-l'Anglin (listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France), La Roche-Posay (a spa town), Futuroscope, Le Blanc, the Yzeures'n'Rock Festival, and Lurais itself with its two major events: the Luraistivale in July and the Fête de Barques (Festival of Boats) in August. Our Maison de la Conté is a country house built by an architect on the walls of an old 18th-century house.

This spacious two-story house, with its large, bright rooms, offers approximately 100 square meters of living space.

Upstairs: Two adjoining bedrooms, one with a 160cm double bed and the other with two 90cm single beds – an extra single bed is available upon request – and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and sink.

The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, various cooking utensils, crockery, washing machine, etc., and includes a dining area.

Next to the kitchen is a large living/dining room (40m²) with a fireplace, TV, and access to the terrace.

On the garden side, a spacious terrace extends across the entire width of the house. A short stone staircase leads down to a flower-filled lawn. A small path leads into the large garden (garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue). This garden is bordered at the back by the walls of the magnificent castle park located a little further down the road.

In winter, the house is heated with oil (billed according to consumption).

Parking is available in front of the cottage.

End-of-stay cleaning and electricity consumption (excluding electric vehicle charging) are included in the price.

A designated person (please contact in advance) will welcome you and conduct the check-in inventory.

This person will also be present upon your departure to conduct the check-out inventory and clean the property afterward. However, the trash must be taken out, and the refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven must be emptied. All kitchen utensils, cutlery, etc., must be returned to their proper places.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
