Taivaan piilopaikka Shenandoah-joella

Äskettäin rakennettu (valmistunut elokuussa 2017), tämä joen varrella sijaitseva mökki on rakennettu pariskunnille tai pienille perheille. Heaven's Hideaway suunniteltiin avoimeksi ja tilavaksi tunteen samalla olevan lämmin ja henkilökohtainen. Katso vain kuvia ja saat heti koukun!

Ulkopuolelta pääsee joelle - kuulet vettä mökistä! - runsaalla pihatilalla rentoutumiseen tai luonnon tutkimiseen. Siellä on myös kaunis tilava kannella uusi, moderni kylpytynnyri, kaasugrilli ja runsaasti olohuone. Kannen oleskelualueella on kaasutakka lämmön lisäämiseksi. Liian paljon tuholaisia yöllä? Siellä on myös suuri seulottu kuisti, jossa voit siemailla viiniä ja puhua tuntikausia.

Sisäpuolella Heaven's Hideaway on täynnä loppuun asti lämpimin maalaismaisilla kosketuksilla jokaisessa huoneessa. Täysikokoisessa keittiössä (tiskikone) on modernit laitteet, esiliina, kauniit värit ja saari lisätyötä varten. Oleskelualue on iso ja tilava. Makuuhuoneet, parvi, kylpyhuone - tulet rakastamaan jokaista huonetta! Sateinen päivä? Meillä on pelihuone, jossa on joukko lautapelejä! Istu kuvaikkunoiden ääressä kahvin ja kirjan kanssa.

HUOMAUTUS: Täällä on wi-fi, mutta maaseudun takia signaali ei ole voimakas tai kovin luotettava.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Shenandoah River. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi porealtaan, pyykinpesutilat ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja takan.

Whimsical hideaway in the woods

My husband and I stayed for two nights on our way to pick up our daughter for college dorm move out at the end of her school year. Could not have been happier! This place made for a perfect and peaceful getaway for two in a beautiful location. The house was adorable, clean, the beds super comfy, and had everything we needed. The hot tub and gas fireplace on the deck were a perfect addition. Short drive (under a half hour) to Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, and probably will next time we're down there.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Was a nice get away spot for our short 3 night vacation.

Place was clean and organized. Nice location. We really liked the back porch for watching the sun come up while drinking our coffee. We enjoyed using the propane grill and fire pit that are located on the deck. The hot tub was clean, and worked great, an awesome evening activity. Short 5 minute walk to the river with beautiful views. Would easily come back again. Heating and air conditioning work nicely, as it was warm during the day's and cold at night. We have no complaints.

Wonderful Cabin in the Shenandoah Valley

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It offered lots of amenities, all of which were in working order. I would definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway!

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. I was impressed with the quick responses from the owners with the questions I asked throughout my stay. The hot tub and firepit were key to enjoying a nice getaway and both were enjoyable amenities. The kitchen had the necessary items to make nice meals and the bedroom was very comfortable. The view from the screened in porch and open porch provided the privacy we were looking for during out stay. Thank you to the wonderful host.

On the River?

You have to redefine “on the river” to consider this an accurate house description. There is a dirt road and houses that are on the river. This is not one of them. You can see and sometimes hear the river. The public acces point for the river is about a 5 minute walk. Beyond that the house is acceptable. Very clean. Appliances were acceptable. The propane fireplace would not light when we arrived. The repair person provided a work around when he responded to our call the next day. The satellite TV system featured 3 remote controls with little instruction as to how to access channels, but we figured out the combination.

Heaven's Hideaway- a perfect getaway on the Shenandoah River!

The property was beautiful and the attention to detail was amazing. It made my wife and I want to build our own cabin based on this one. The location was serene but very close to some nice attractions in the area. My wife did get frightened by an animal when she went to grab something from the car. She couldn't identify what it was in the dark but do a bit of research on the local wildlife so that you aren't surprised like she was. Definitely would stay again.

Alright, but had some issues

The cabin itself is nice, and in a great spot (in the mountains, but not too far from town). My spouse and I stayed here and we were a little disappointed with some things during our stay. There is a house manager you can call with issues, but there is no cell service there and he has an andriod phone, so you can’t send him texts over wifi. The kitchen is pretty poorly appointed, which isnt great because you are too far from town to easily go there for dinner (so you have to cook). They technically have everything you need to cook a meal, but it’s like the manager went to goodwill and bought the lowest quality items possible. The cabin is managed by a property management group (versus an individual), so we felt like this could’ve been better. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. It has two body sized depressions in it. They need a new mattress in there. The hot tub was nice, and the cabin itself was cute. The property mgt company just has some work to do.

Perfect Get-away

The place is off the beaten path but well worth it. Serenity surrounds you. We went to SNP to hike Old Rag Mountain and were so thankful for the hot tub at the end of the day. It was perfect. The house is clean, we ate all our meals at the there and it is equipped with all the basic pots and dishes you will need. Fireplace was awesome too. Highly recommend.

A great stay in the Shenandoah valley

The cottage was very neat and had all the amenities that were advertised. We enjoyed the close access to Shenandoah National Park and made several trips there for hiking and sight seeing. At the cottage we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and the gas grill. An unanticipated activity was a canoe trip on the Shenandoah river. The Shenandoah River Runners are only a mile down the road, and we really enjoyed a couple of hours canoeing on the river.

Great cabin in nature

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. From the initial welcoming bag that included a few things to help get you started to the borrowing bucket in the bathroom in case you forgot anything. We forgot coffee, and there was actually a little bit of coffee ready for us. That was probably one of the best things! I could stay at this cabin for a week and be very content. It had everything you needed, and the more I looked around the more things I realized were there, ready for our use. We enjoyed the screened in porch. We also enjoyed the outside couch and fire table. Our children enjoyed the playroom upstairs and did play the video games that were provided. The only thing I had hoped for was to be able to see the river. I went back and read the description and the description is correct. It was my mistake for not reading it correctly. We were impressed with how clean the cabin was. The trash drop off was super easy. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay again.
