Every thing ok for a budget hotel except for the pillows both were flat as could be hence terrible nights sleep. Staff friendly but over worked had to wait until he had served people in the bar queue before we could check in

Above and beyond expectations!

Booked the stay due to early morning flight, but wasn't expecting much for the price. Instead I was suprised by how nice it was inside, the bar area was inviting and the room was just what we needed. Close to the airport but didn't hear a single plane all night.

One-Night Stay: Clean Room but Several Problems

I stayed for just one night, and unfortunately the experience was not very smooth. At check-in, I had to wait quite a long time because the receptionist was struggling to program the key cards. She kept trying for ages, and when we finally got the cards, one of them didn’t even work when we reached the room. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but there were a couple of issues. There was no hand towel provided, and the biggest problem was the air conditioning. It didn’t blow any cool air, so the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially for sleeping. Overall, it was manageable for one night, but I definitely wouldn’t want to stay there any longer. Better customer service and working air conditioning would have made a big difference.

First the good news, it’s a clean basic quiethotel which happens to be the second closest hotel to Luton Airport The bad news is the shower is the worst I have experienced. The water pressure is so low, I had difficulty rinsing off the soap.

The place was nice and staff were friendly. Clean beds, looks like the pictures. However, the hotel area is about 10-15 mins walk to the airport with no bus/shuttle bus. Includes air condition. No fridge/ microwave. No amenities in the hotel or around it. It’s good for short term stays. I would def recommend for early flights it’s a good option
