Ac doesn’t work! When I approached the service desk, they claimed it never worked. Expedia description said it had Wi-Fi, but there was no Wi-Fi. The 20 percent off in the restraunt was also false. For the laundry service, the total was 261 EGP when I gave them 400. The service desk never returned the change, even when I asked. They just gave me a “no” and walked away.

The location is excellent for access to the waterfront and Luxor temple, good views from the front of the hotel The property is slightly dated but the staff are very attentive Would recommend as a good value location for a few days in Luxor

Rooms are clean, buffet breakfast great-they have a huge selection, eggs made to order, coffee machine that makes latte! Big front reception area, they xray all luggages. They have an on site travel/tours company & booked our trips on the spot for the next day with no issues. Restaurant was just ok but the bar was great. Restaurants & shops near within walking distance. Pool closes at sunset.

The room was good, but they only have smoking room And i dont smoke. I ask and they say they do not had non-smoking rooms available at the time of checking also, the internet never work in the room. Because it had a mesage that says they had too many people connected and after 11. The internet did not work modem down The location is very good and close to a lot of attractions by walking and the staff from the restaurant is very nice.

Like most things in Egypt this hotel has clearly seen better days. It was clearly once a 5 star property that has fallen FAR from grace. The bathrooms, gym, dining hall, lobby are falling apart. The WiFi is nonexistent and the service was subpar. Breakfast was ok but very random and the bread was often stale. Would not stay again

I can speak to my experience of having breakfast in the main dining room, but not in the hotel restaurant. It had many offerings, some local and universal. The dining room was always clean and tidy.

The room was clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had a Nile view, saw hot air balloons and view of Valley of the Kings. Unfortunately, shortly after going into the room, the toilet was not refilling. The staff tried to fix but we had to move to another room down the hall. The wifi was terrible. On a positive note, the staff was amazing. Inside the lobby, they were always asking if we were fine or if we needed anything. We were in the lobby to ensure wifi was available for our next flight’s check-in. The outside security staff were friendly and always joking with us. The balcony door autolocks as soon as you close it. We got locked out and had to call front desk.

The staff was very kind and welcoming … always a smile and very clean …. The store they had to shop in were such a great touch and made buying souvenirs much easier but they were hidden … they should be promoted more by the hotel …. The restaurant both for dining and breakfast was amazing …. I loved it so much I cancelled my cruise and went back to Luxor just to stay there again for 5 more days
