Top notch B&B in every respect. Apart from all the usuals (cleanliness etc) the rooms are large and beautifully decorated with large en suite bathrooms, the breakfast exceptionally nice and the hosts charming. Highly recommended.

We tried this hotel for the first time as a stop over for the ferry to IOW and we will definitely be staying there again. We had a very pleasant & informative introduction to the owners. The room was superb and one of the most comfortable bed I have slept in. After a really good nights sleep got up to a great breakfast.

Really recommend this B&B

Lovely couple who own and run this B&B, very welcoming and made to feel at ease through out our 4 night stay. Our room was a good size, bed was amazingly comfortable and shower was great too, and the breakfasts on all four mornings were spot on delicious, there was also a daily little chocolate treat that went down well with a cup of tea :) Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable and relaxing :)

Highfield is an absolutely outstanding B&B. Fraser and Maria are excellent hosts nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are modern and very clean with lots of little extras provided. Breakfast has so much choice. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!!

Had the best night sleep I've ever had in a B&B here. The room was immaculate, modern, and we were provided with everything we could possibly need in terms of toiletries and drinks. The breakfast included was very generous and exceptionally well cooked with quality ingredients. The location is a short walk from the main high street where there are plenty of options to eat too.
