Entering from the porch, you’ll find a hallway that leads to the downstairs living spaces. Enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the dining room, which comfortably seats six and has a door leading to the garden. Gather around the wood burner in the lounge, or make use of the kitchen’s range cooker and breakfast bar to prepare delicious family feasts. There’s also a shower room, WC, and a utility room that is ideal for storing bicycles and water sports equipment. Upstairs, you’ll find a snug with a TV and sofa bed, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC, as well as a further king-size bedroom and twin. You’ll be treated to breathtaking country and sea views from all the bedrooms. There’s also an additional bathroom located on the first floor. Step outside and explore the tiered garden, which is enclosed by hedges and a fence, and furnished with a bistro set and wrought-iron dining table that seats four. You can also explore the picturesque harbour at Lynmouth, with its adjacent Manor Green and riverbanks, easily accessed by the famous water-powered funicular railway. Within 13 miles, you can reach several attractions, including Exmoor Zoo, Coombe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, and the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway, all accessible by car.
