The Cocoonr agency offers you a brand new flat for rent located in Lyon's 2nd arrondissement, Confluence, at the southern tip of the peninsula. A 35 m² flat on the ground floor of a 1940s building. A superb pied-à-terre for two to visit our beautiful capital of gastronomy.
It is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa with a chaise longue, a coffee table, a television, and a single armchair
- A modern, fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare your meals. A high table with two bar stools for dining
- An office area for working from home if needed. Overlooking Rue Casimir Perrier, the room can be closed off with shutters and a curtain
- A bathroom with a sink, large mirror, walk-in shower, washing machine, shelves, and towel dryer
- The bedroom, with an open dressing room for storing your clothes, numerous drawers, and a wardrobe. A double bed (140x200), and very high ceilings. From the bedroom, you have access through a glass door to a covered patio where you can store your suitcases and find all the cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop, iron, ironing board). The toilet is accessible from the bedroom.
For your comfort, reversible air conditioning is installed in the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

From a former industrial wasteland to a bold, futuristic neighborhood, La Confluence reveals a new side of the city. Whether you want to live there, go out, take a stroll, or soak up some culture, La Confluence is now one of Lyon's must-see neighborhoods.
Since the 2000s, this neighborhood has undergone an incredible transformation to become the city's newest and most futuristic district. A cutting-edge ecological experiment, this eco-neighborhood combines bold architecture with sustainable development.
And some of the biggest names in international architecture have left their mark here: the headquarters of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Regional Council by Christian de Portzamparc, rental housing by Massimiliano Fuksas, the orange cube and green cube, headquarters of Euronews, by Jakob + MacFarlane, etc. All these architectural achievements give this neighborhood its unique character.
Confluence is a mix of futuristic buildings, shops, homes, and offices, as well as numerous green spaces, parks, and gardens. It is also home to cultural venues and entertainment options, such as La Sucrière with its many cultural events and Les Docks 40, where you can go for a drink.
Close to Perrache train station, the accommodation is located in the heart of La Confluence: the neighborhood is bustling with a shopping center (cinema and stores), food shops, restaurants, sports and leisure activities (Vaporetto along the Saône river, Charlemagne ice rink), etc.
Transport:
- One metro station (line A) and numerous bus lines at the Perrache transport hub
- Five tram stations (lines T1 and T2): Musée des Confluences, Hôtel de Région-Montrochet, Sainte-Blandine, Places des Archives, and Perrache
- A TCL river shuttle station (Navigône) since June 18, 2025, replacing the former Vaporetto shuttle
