Very good, just above budget level, hotel, with very spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Everything was clean and in good condition. Staff at reception were particularly friendly and helpful, willing to tolerate my efforts at speaking French! Useful advice and very informative about my stay

I was a bit disappointed when I first went in, since the pictures is much nicer than actual place. The first room, there might be a sign of bed bug, for the mattress was yellow with black dot. But the stuff there is nice and he give me another good, which is clean. The room is small, simple, where too simple there not even hair dryer.

The hotel was offering a room with a double and a bunk bed when actually our booking stated a double and a twin bed. We spent nearly 3-4 hours sorting out the issue and the Manager on duty was not at all helpful or cooperative. I had to escalate the issue to Hotels.com (Expedia group) to resolve the issue. Please stay away from this hotel as they will advertise a particular room type and then offer you a degraded / smaller room.

The rooms are small but we found them very clean and that's the main thing as far as I'm concerned. The only thing I didn't like was the shower head but it was a water saver shower head so that was a good reason to have it.

Maybe ok for one night. The reality is not truly what the pictures show. I was somewhat disappointed with the experience. Cleaning is an issue, particularly in the bathroom. Lacking some amenities; apart from two people I interacted with at reception, who were super nice, everyone else were clearly not happy to be working there. The gentleman at check out was indifferent. Sadly, I am not staying here again if I have a choice.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. The location was perfect to get around and explore the city. The only thing I would say is it would be nice for enough tea and coffee in the room for 2 people. Breakfast was filling and great for the price.

Rooms are clean, breakfast service is excellent. One female staff is particularly helpful at the reception desk, another female staff was ok. But two male staff were not that excellent. One was a bit cold but still helpful but the other one of African descent wearing glasses was kind of devious trying to “con” me into staying a tiny bedroom even after I have paid for the change of the hotel room online already.

Room was ok. I had a view over the rooftops to the cathedral in the old town which was nice. Cheaper than many in that area of Lyon and close to train station, which I wanted. It was in need of a makeover though. No nice touches in the room, just very rudimentary. The sheets didn’t really fit the mattress. Tge shower door and shower head needed fixing.

Good hotel for a short stay. It’s conveniently located near the train station but a bit far from Lyon old city. Standard small clean room, quiet area, decent typical french breakfast with a lot of sweet and some savory options. Few grocery stores nearby
