Freshly renovated, private, cozy year-round cabin where amazing sunsets paint the sky.

This tranquil property has a private beach and dock. Summer and winter activities can be enjoyed such as: hiking, swimming, amazing sunsets, boating, bird watching, star gazing, sleigh riding and relaxing by the fire. There is a resident bald eagle family on the lake. Loons are also a resident.

This cabin has two bedrooms, new queen size sleeper sofa, comfortable living room, kitchen, dining on the enclosed porch; which overlooks scenic views, equipped with a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 - king, bedroom 2 - queen, living room sofa bed - queen. All pillows & linens provided.

The cabin is fully stocked with many amenities. The water source is a well. The water has been tested and is very refreshing. No need to bring bottled water.

A washer/dryer & detergent/dryer sheets are provided.

To control extreme temperatures a new hot air furnace/central air conditioner always keeps the cabin comfortable.

Enjoy the indoor propane log fireplace. Adventure out in the canoe, kayaks or pedal boat. Make S'mores by the fire pit near the beach. Firewood is provided. Walk or bike ride on the road that follows the beautiful shoreline. The sandy beach has easy walk in access for all of the boats mentioned. Life jackets are supplied. The beach and fire pit can be seen from inside the cabin along with the beautiful sunsets.

Enjoy board games, puzzles, and books. This also includes children's games, toys and books. There are 3 smart TVs equipped with Roku/Directv Stream. One TV also has a DVD player. The internet is Slic Network/50Mbps.

-The road follows the east shoreline of Upper Chateaugay Lake.
-Parking is next to the cabin. The area is flat ground. One low step onto a deck leads to the cabin.
-A lock box is used for convenient self check in.
-Guests have access to the entire property including sandy beach, dock, small boats/ life jackets, outdoor fire pit/wood, screen house, 2 decks, outdoor furniture/tables & chairs, propane barbeque grill. The view of the firepit and sandy beach can be seen from the cabin.
-Easy access to the lake for swimming, fishing, boating, docking, ice fishing & snowmobiling.
-Inside the cabin guests have access to all necessary kitchen, bedroom & bathroom supplies; such as coffee pot/coffee, pots/pans, pantry items & more, linens/towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, soap, shampoo, & paper products, TV, internet, games, toys, puzzles, and books.

This is a great remote job site. Besides the standard electricity, there is an automatic start generator to keep everything in working order.

This is a clear 12 mile lake that allows motorized boats. There is a Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) boat launch off Route 374 to launch boats. Our dock is available for guest use.
