On protective cove and one house from open cove. Great for kayaking, swimming and fishing. Fishing dock. Fish feeding tube. Bring dog food or fish food to put in it to attract fish.
Minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf, Canton First Monday , etc.
The space
Access to games, puzzles, books, kayak's, pedal boat. Life jackets must be on kayaks and peddle boat. Age 12 yrs and under must wear a life jacket . Do have some adult and kids life jackets. Fully fenced but back is 2 1/2 ft so will need to keep a good eye on kids and dogs. Suggest water shoes. Swim at own risk. Kids must be supervised by a adult.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Keurig cappuccino and latte system, Keurig and coffee pot. Large bathtub with jets for relaxing.

Other things to note
Need to bring your own fishing poles, bait, folding chairs, floats, water shoes, little kids life jackets, fire wood.
Boats can be tied to the boat house but no boat lift.
Double gates in front so you can park your boat trailer in the yard.

Pet fee has to be paid and inform me of breed of dog. Limit 2 pet's.
